It works fine but customer service takes a long time. It was not as easy to plug and go as my last router was.

Since there are triband and much faster routers with extenders this product needs to be shelved.

I returned this product for the NETGEAR - AC1200 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router - Multi. Just thought it was the better buy.

I thought it will give more wireless range and also it seems to glitch a lot when using 2 devices at the same time

This is not a good router at all. The 2.4 Ghz single died and would not allow me to login after just 2 weeks after purchase. The 5 Ghz single still worked like expected with no issues but only a few of my devices worked with the 5 Ghz. This device was not strong enough to go through more than 1 wall at 10 feet. I suggest you spend a little more and get a Linksys. The NetGear app is a joke. You cannot change the password for the admin and you have very limited control over the settings.

all i can it is easy to setup , sometimes wifi goes on/off i dont know why..and i had problems with Alexa Dot

I thought it was going to be eaier to setup. But I had trouble to setup in my house. Had to revert back to my old router :(

It works but took forever to get setup but I don't know much about computers. next time someone will have to do it for me.

Solid router not the best but solid. If you can spring it get a google Wifi

The first two weeks we had this router, it was fantastic. The manager as well as another associate at our local best but recommended it for our use. However, after the first two weeks it was terrible. The Internet kept disconnecting and the wifi never worked. After calling our internet company, we discovered it was the router causing the problems. I do not recommend this router to anyone.

i think it is a good wireless router with new options which are pretty handy

The instructions say easy setup but can't get it to work. I will now have to pay someone to help with the setup.

Bought this router to increase wifi signal in my home. It is no better than old linksys I had. very disappointing.

Not that easy to set up. Once running just works ok. The range within the house was not great.

The wireless signal weakens significantly through two walls - house built 1993 - on devices in use 40 feet away.

I would have been way better off with a dual band that my pc's and devices could find/utlize. They did not ask enough questions to recommend correctly, and now I just have the same problem as what I came in for. 2.4hz sounds better, but only my ipad can find it - no computers, cell phones, xbox360,PS3...nothing.

It's better than the last one I owned, a Belkin, But still limits me to what I can access on the internet

I gotta say when I got this router I tought it was good but after a week the signal is just ok for 1 room.
