I didn't think I could connect this by myself the installation and instruction are very easy to read and understand. This is a great product. Will recommend it to friends and family......

I really appreciated how simple it was to set this system up. The instructions were straight forward and it did what it was suppose to do.

We installed this router recently to our cable modem. It has been a great addition to the home network. We have two adults, three kids, all with smart phones. In addition, we have three gaming consoles and two home computers running simultaneously. We have fast streaming, quick downloads, rapid responses, and uniterrupted online gaming. This has been the best addition for our home network needs and really makes the most of our internet service.

The router performs very well. I highly recomend this product.

This is a fantastic router! Very reliable. My first router was a Cisco but had all these firmware issues. Netgear is much better I think.

This replaced a Cisco unit that went out. The new unit appears to work fine. I'm not too thrilled with the big blue light on the side. It does provide many very nice, easy to use features.

Love the modem. Easy to install, no dropouts at all. I love that it has 2 (at least, I believe) separate networks that you can set up. I currently have 2 set up and they work wonderfully.

I've been using one of these for over a year now and have had no issues. I have used DAS and NAS devices with it. Right now, I am running a network on both bands and I have an HD Homerun hooked up to it streaming HDTV on my networks. I have never had any connectivity issues. Guest network is bonus for when you have relatives over. I have had no issues with this router until recently. I just started using the LAN port (aside from the HD Homerun, I was connecting everything wireless) and I was shocked to find that this router has no Gigabit LAN. Pretty ridiculous for a router with seemingly every other bell and whistle. Minus 1 star, no Gigabit LAN.

Other than a time of figuring out how to configure the router, it has worked extremely well and reliabily. I highly recommend this router to anyone who wants to set up a home network.

I have used several routers over the years and the N600 is a great performer. Does well with streaming media and general internet traffic.

I changed previous one to netgear. It is very easy to set up netgear. It is also easy to use with smart TV . No problem! I strongly recommend this like Best Buy seles Rep did to me.

I have big 3-story house and we have excellent signal strength pretty much throughout the house. If you are in doubt of purchasing the router, don't hesitate.. you won't be disappointed!

we had another Router for a few years and it stopped working. I purchased this as a replacement and everything works faster and i never get knocked off line. I'm very happy with this

THIS WAS SO EASY TO SET UP. I WANTED TO STREAM MOVIES ON MY TV, BUT I NEEDED WIRELESS.THIS WORKS GREAT WITH MY COMPUTER AND ROKU. I SET THIS UP MYSELF AND I'M AN 81 YEAR WOMAN.

It was easy to set up but its slower then I was told at the store. I don't know if its my internet (comcast) but it ok for the house. Gets ok range but not what I was sold on.

range isnt too good, but not bad for the price, i run a small office in a hotel so its perfect for that reason. but if you have anything else you would need a better product

Able to connect 2 desktops(XP), 1 wireless desktop(XP), 1 laptop (windows 7), PS3, Wii, Internet Radio...but have 1 Compaq laptop with Vista, and could NOT get it to work with settings. Will work with a different setting, which requires me to go back into all other devices to reconnect. Netgear support shoved me off to Compaq. That was a joke as they had me reformat my system back to factory setting, only to have same issue. Had no problem at all connecting my Linksys, thought I was stepping up to Netgear, but it was a step back.

The Netgear brand is always excellent and the high-speed, multi-channel features make it a great value. ReadyShare makes it easy to have a quick NAS without setting up a home server.

I only expected this to be a simple tool. I had to call Netgear customer service for help to understand how my TV could be connected. They walked me through the whole process. I wouldn't say I am tech-savvy, but I never got the sense they were frustrated with me. Through the whole purchase process I got all the information to make a decision that was best for me.

Difficult to install, required a call to tech support, but the agent was knowledgable and walked me through the installation process. The installation CD was useless because the computer had to be reconfigured. I actually had to call tech support twice. Make sure they take your phone number and get theirs as well as their agent name and number in case you get disconnected. If they don't give it to you, my experience is that they will be rude and will disconnect without helping you. I had to call tech support more than once for both the router and the USB connector and 5 out of 7 agents were helpful, the other 2 were rude and obnoxious.
