The only problem I had was that the first one I bought was "broken out of the box" and I had major connectivety issues. I took it back to Best Buy and they gave me a hasstle free exchange. Connected the second new one and it is functioning great. Bravo Best Buy on your customer service. NetGear - let's step up our QC a little. I understand that the problems I had are not too uncommon.

Overall good value for the money. I'm not super tech savy, so the plug and play aspect of it was really appealing to me.

I am very computer challenged. The install was VERY time consuming for me (4 hours). Something like the 'on and off' button on the top which I had no idea was there was what caused so much trouble for me. Even with tech support help, they could not figure out what the problem was. My cable company finally helped me figure it out. For the technologically challenged, please make easy to follow directions for installation. Other than installation, I would highly recommend this product.

i am not picky or have specific requirements for my home networking solutions. Works great for me.

I won't go into it's positives, cause it works just fine. The issue I have is that it takes awhile for anything to connect to it. My computer waits and eventually defaults to my neighbors WiFi. I have to wait a minute and then manually switch it. My Xbox will only connect if you go into the settings and test the connection to the router. Otherwise it never connects. Not sure why, but it's annoying. But nothing that drives me to take it back or switch. Once connected, there's no issues.

Dual band router was needed in ordre to install "sling box" for satellite TV. Product was easy to install and works great!

This a very good product that can be set up by anyone. In a large 2 story home with a basement there is full coverage.

Setup was easy. I have had no problems with the modem. I like the slim design. It works well with gamers in the house.

I originally was sold a wifi for an apartment - even though I told the salesperson what type of house I had. When I returned to the Germantown store and talked with her she apologized and gave me a discount on the proper wifi for my home. She addressed her mistake, took responsibility and made me a satisfied customer.

its good for us cause we have kids that play the xbox online, a gamer for the computer and the laptop we just purchased

I'm an avid gamer and for the last few years my wireless connection has been terrible. I contacted my internet provider and upgraded my service with no luck and with no help to try and solve my problem. I went into Best Buy, explained what was happening and they knew exactly what was wrong and what I needed to do to fix it.

It is very easy to install. It runs everything from the PS 3 to cell phones

i use it to surf the web while playing media off my 1TB and it rarely needs time to buffer or respond to data needs.

Easy to set up. Works great. Few connection drops. They say my review is too short. So is this long enough for you.

easy to install my printer still cant find it but that might be user error just havent had time to figure it out yet.

This is my second Netgear router. As with the first, it was easy to set-up. The guidance is clear and concise. For some reason, the first attempt failed and I had begin the process anew. The second time the set-up continued through without a hitch. The router handles three laptops with ease. However, when moving the laptops closer to the router, it switched to a faster processing speed and this confused the laptops causing delays. In sum, I'm very satisfied with the product.

Worth the money i paid for this Router. I rate this as THE BEST. Easy to setup, Works Perfectly. No Issues at all.

The price was right and installation was easy.I needed wireless so I could setup my ROKU and stream from Netflix.
