Very good device and works very well for video and games

This product was very very easy to install. Also I have not run into any connecting problems.

I bought this router because my previous netgear router had worked flawlessly. (It is still working) The old router did not have great range and I was looking to upgrade to something that would work on both levels of my condo. This router was fairly easy to set up however it worked intermittently. Every time I logged on I had to go through the set up routine again and it often droppd the connection while I was in the middle of doing something online. Thinking I had set something up wrong I had my son come over to check it out, and everything was set up correctly. He then checked other online review sites and saw that this was a common problem for this router. I returned the router to Best Buy. They accepted the return without any problems.

I works sometimes. The blue light stays on, which wastes electricity. I tried pushing it as suggested for years... nada. The 5g works intermittently. The power button is messed up. I kept it just so I can get my money's worth. I'm throwing it in the trash after I replace it. I had a white Netgear before with no problems. I might still get a Netgear but this one was a dud.

Replacement of old router and install of new took less than 15 minutes. It was somewhat difficult to change the SSID and password. This device comes with a factory set unique SSID and password. I wanted to change this and some of the settings. This is usually a breeze, but it was a little bit more difficult than most devices. This is why I did not give the "Ease of Installation" category an excellent rating.

It way incredibly easy to install!! Once I installed it, my old computer was running fast!!!

Great looking unit and easy to hook-up and works great in my house of 2,000 square feet.

once installed and running I was happy. But the product was not as easy to install as the salespeople claimed. After 4 hours on the fist day I almost retuned it. Its conpatabiity with the modem was a problem. The second day things went smooth, total installion time was 1hr.

My only negative is that shortly after connecting the new Netgear; we had Netgear previously,a great product, I lost remote connection to my printer on the laptop. Can you give me any help with this?
