this router was recommended by one of the Besty Buy salesperson. He suggested this router because I am in a tri-level home and wanted to ensure that I have access to the internet no matter where I am. It was a little higher than I wanted to pay, but it is worth it. I have access to the internet in the garage and in the backyard.

my old router which was installed by someone else was giving me issues. I was very reluctant to install a new one as I had to do it myself. The salesperson explained the installation process. I purchased it & installed it with absolutely no issues. I no longer have problems streaming movies like I was with the old router.

I had been using a combined modem/wireless gateway that Charter supplied. Some of the notebooks in the house connected easily, but others went through purgatory to get online. Since switching to a Motorola Surfboard modem and this wireless router everyone in the household is surfing like a champ. Setup was very easy.

No problems with product and very easy to install.

This is the best router I have ever had. I had a little confusion setting it up since I have a wide variety of wireless devises in the house. The free tech support was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything is set up and running better than ever.

I have never had a wireless router before and I am thrilled with it. The Geek Squad came out and set me up and made the necessary settings to keep me safe and now I have my old computer and newest computer up and running and am thrilled to death!!!

I have had this router for a couple of months and absolutely love it. I have not had any problems with it at all. Definately recommend this to anyone looking for a router to add to an existing modem.

This is my third router I have purchased. I am happy to say it's my final router. This is the perfect router for a home that has gaming systems. We play live all the time on multiple systems at the same time, their is no laging. It's great!!!!!!!

We went looking for a Router to replace our previous one that was going out. I didn't want to spend a large amount of money but still wanted quality. I believe we made an excellent purchase. We have a desktop, three laptops, an ipod and playstation 3 all accessing the router with no problems. Excellent Buy!!

What I thought would be an easy setup turned out to be a nightmare. It took several days and 3 different phone calls to finally get the unit to work. The problem was that the default set up is not compatible with Windows XP. When I finally got someone on the phone that knew this, the setup went smoothly.

I love this router! It is incredibly fast! My old router was a Netgear N100 and was very slow. But with this router the pages load in a second! I don't think there is ANY problem with this product! I would recommend this to everyone I know. I hope people come to Best Buy and buy this product. Thank you.

Installation was difficult. The instructions are vague. No illustrations. Must call customer support for assistance in installation. Phone # for customer support only appears on outside of box. Has a cool blue light on it that flashes but it can be annoying especially if the router is in your bedroom.

There was some difficulty in installation for the wireless printer/fax/copier/scanner and the laptop. Eventually everything worked, not sure if my computer Firewall was preventing some things from working. All is fine now, our grandson did all the work for us as he is VERY proficient in these areas.

Great wifi router. The three wi-fi router names make a great addition to your home network. I especially like a guest address the you can customize with ease. The guest setting for the guest as well as all setting are easy to do.

The easy of setup was awesome. Having computers with OS that range from Windows 98 through Windows 7 have made the integrations of most components a complete nightmare. However, this router was as simple as can be. I had it installed and working with eight different computers in less than 45 minutes.

While this is a nice product, I was very disappointed in their Customer Service. For the amount paid, and the type of product, I think they need 24 hour customer service. I do not, especially during set up, like a recording that says someone will contact me in 24 or so hours to discuss my problem.

I would recommend this product. It has a separate USB plug for my external hard drive so all devices on my network can back up thier data. In the past, I had to take the hard drive from machine to machine to back them up which rarely happened. Now, I can schedule a backup as often as I like.
