had a problem with previous item and it kept dropping connections especially when had more than one user. Since this one installed, have had no dropped connections and as many as four people on it. No problems.

the unit works well, no issue and was very easy to setup. The led light are bright though and the unit feels hot to the touch, that can't be good for longevity..

This was NOT easy to hook up.....took a more than one HOUR customer service call and it even took the technician 3 different tries before it finally worked......couldn't get internet access until then.

I bought this as my previous one wouldn't even work by my back door! The range is way better on this, which is what I wanted. I can actually sit outside on a nice day and work on the computer if I need to!

Great router. We use many Wireless products and havent had a problem yet.

Everything went well with the setup of this router untill I got to the USB settings - specifically the write/read access permissions. I bought this router hoping to use its USB port to share pictures, videos, etc on the 5 computers on my home network. However, I don't want everyone to be able to delete or replace the pictures with an edited copy - something that can easily happen when young children are involved. All of that worked ok but the built-in file permissions are non-functional. When you set the router to ristrict write access only, the files can't be accessed, read or write, except by password. If you login with the password, you can delete and write over top of your files all day long. Also, the only password you are allowed to use is the main password for router setup. In short , you can't let others SEE your pictures without also giving them permission to delete or change them. BTW, I don't object to someone editing the pictures. There are lots of fun things you can do in that regard. I just don't want them changing or deleting the originals. I will return this tomorrow.

Unfortunately, with the one I have, I am losing my wireless connection on my two notebook computers noticeably more often than happened with my previous two routers (Linksys and TEnda).

I changed from a Linksys wireless router to the Netgear becasue the Linksys kept dropping my browsing signal. I have had zero problems with the Netgear N600. No more browsing issues with this product.

I have a four level house with this router in the basement office and when i am on the top floor I get a weak signal for wifi. Not to happy with that since I spent so much I expected better coverage.

I spoke to an I.T. guy at work who stated that I made a great buy and that he was looking to buy the same router.

I am a fan of Linksys routers for many years and needed to upgrade my very old router on my Comcast connection. I liked the features on the Netgear Dual-Band router and so far it has been great.

it came as a package with the wireless logtech and installation by the geek squad. my salesman reccomended these as the best for the money in this package. and it was the best of what was offered.

The setup on this router was so easy that my 9 year old could do it. I purchased it because of the value for price, and i havent been disappointed.

It's a good router in my opinion, haven't had any issues. I use Netflix on my PS3 and it works like a charm, no lag at all unless my wife or myself are using our Mac or iPad to browse and download.

very pleased with my purchase other than the range of the device. It loses a lot of integrity going up each floor. I was hoping for more throughput upstairs. But overall awesome product.

I replaced an old router, this router was easy to install and I was able to connect numerous devices easily. Instructions were very easy to follow

It is honestly a great product, the installation part could have been better. There are no real directions so you can spend a lot of time on the phone with tech support to get it working right!

What can I say - I needed this to work.... it works well, so well I can even get some wifi bars outside in my parked car! Love it so far...

I use this to surf the web and to stream movies to my TV and I have not had any issues at all. Installation was easy and the Netgear customer service was a big help with the questions I did have.

Can't seemto figure out how to use both bands of this thing. Keep getting disconnected from my cable service which is always on. works ok guess.
