It works well had problems with installation but I think it was my computer that was the problem

Set-up was very user friendly, I have had no problems in the 2 months that I have owned this equipment.

Support for Netgear is great and their follow up to make sure everything is working is even better.

We had a Netgear router for 4 years that died last month. Because we were happy with the product we chose to replace it with a more current, updated Netgear router. It was very complicated to install. The directions sent with the product were not very clear. A phone call to Netgear had me talking to someone from India who was able to walk me through the set-up process for one computer in an hour long cell phone conversation. I then had to start all over for the second computer and never did get the wireless printer on the router. Another phone call to Netgear with another person from India was an even more frustrating situation. The router died within a month and has since been replaced with an apple product that took 15 minutes to install two computers without any phone calls.

It's doing what we need to do and seemed like a good price.

The router was very easy to install and has worked flawlessly.

This Router Has worked good, when HD is streaming on videos or youtube, there is little to no buffer.

This is a great router at a great price. My old router was continually dropping the wifi signal.

After twice trying to install I haven't had any more problems, and I'm pleased with the product.

I had a comparable Netgear G router that I wanted to upgrade because I recently got a WiFi-N capable Blu-Ray player and also got all of my media set up on a Netgear ReadyNAS Duo. The old G router was working fine for most things but I wanted to ensure that I wouldn't have any choppiness when trying to stream videos from the NAS to the BD player. After hooking up this router I was very pleased with my data transfer speeds from my laptops (one Dell one MacBook Pro, both N-ready) to the NAS. Much faster. The BD player, however, choked. Every movie got choppy to the point of not being watchable. I also noticed the connection with the laptops would drop sometimes in the first 24 hours. I switched right back to the older G router and everything was smooth as silk again. I'll be returning this one to Best Buy today and sticking with the G router for now. Only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is that I DID see those faster data transfers on my network...when it was connected.

The NETGEAR router found all of my home network devices without my having to identify them.

the salesman said would be easy to install --I had to call the geek squad to have it installed

The over simplified "Plug and Play" instructions didnt work. Fast Forward two hours and 30 explanations to some guy from INDIA later and now I have internet. Why have two bands and different speeds if my products only recognise one of them? Maybe thats my fault. AND why is the "internet connection speed" bar only halfway filled? Thats confusing too.

Works great, using the product in an apartment and I have had no problems.

Everything about this product is perfect. It even looks good in case it cannot be concealed.
