bought the n600 with high hopes. worked great until one day it just woudlnt work. called customer service they were great at helping me but turns out the router had a hardware power failure. So i now stay away from netgear and purchased a belkin which i like now.

what started as a great upgrade from d-link, quickly faded. fast and easy setup then, yuck...keeps dropping connection to internet. returned and tried another thinking maybe I got a bad one. returned second and got a Linksys. no more dropped connections

I tried to load this hard drive. Spent two hours with tech support on the telephone. She finally told me to return it that something was wrong with the product. Maybe you won't have such an experience but I have more important things to do with my time.

Conked out in three weeks...Netgear tech refused to acknowledge that the router was faulty....Traded it in for a Linksys router and never looked back.

I bought unit and brought home expecting easy install. Three hours later ready to shoot myself. I had to cable guy to come by house next day. He had problems also. We had to call NetGear support and the support was fair at the best. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

This router did not have good directions. We set it up several times while on the phone with the company, and could never get it to work and it wouldn't pick up much of a signal. Went back to using our old router that has excellent reception.

Returning this tomorrow. Did some investigation on the internet and there seems to be quite a few who had experienced the same problem with the slow or unreliable connection.

i have a netgear 150 and bought this thinking it would be a upgrade i got worst signal and the "5G" only had one bar and the the reg had 4 out of 5...im only about 30-40 feet away from router WTF returning

This product worked great until 2 days ago when I had to reset my laptop to the backup settings and now the WiFi on neither the 2.4 or 5 GH works.

Router lost IP Addresses often and failed in its performance about every hour. Support is as bad as it gets. Never will buy a Netgear Router again. My old "B" Wireless Router runs better than this.

Keeps kicking you off the internet and boots you out of games on xbox live....switched to cisco linksys e3200 and have had no issues since....

I had it for three weeks and during that time I would have to reset it at least three time a day. Also I was unable to connect more then two devices at a time.

couldn't get it to work right. i spent 1hour with tech support and couldn't get it to work. returned to store.

Tried contacting my DSL provider, they transfered me to Netgear. I was hung up on the phone twice with no support. Returning the unit as soon as I can.

Had router a week and stop working. Had to return. Not happy!!!

Returned the item; no improvement in coverage or performance.

Router loses connection way too often, always having to troubleshoot and reconnect.

This product has a short life span, it went out in less than a year. No support . Last product from NetGear

more problems now, than with the cheaper router i had.definatly should have had a tech hook it up.

Unit stopped working. Called tech support, after 4 hours of troubleshooting, needed a new unit
