Bought the dual band thinking it would be more future proof than the basic n model. After setup I realized our cellphones were the only ones that could use the 5ghtz band. Could have saved almost half the cost and got the basic model and probably not noticed any difference in performance.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT'S PERFORMANCE OR THE EASE OF INSTALLATION. I OVER PAID FOR IT, I COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT AT A MORE REASONABLE PRICE FROM THE WORLDS LARGEST RETAILER.

After reading reviews about this Netgear one, I bought it and installed it. Worked great right away after just a bit of setup. Much faster and much more range. Get one. You won't regret it.

Router that work for our 2,000 square foot home

It works great for that! We have had no problems with it. It was easy to install and started to work instantly. I would recommend it to others.

Range excellent as home medium to large, and device is in basement. Covers entire home (multi-story), and backyard. Drives probably 8-10 devices, at times concurrent, no slow down noted. Only bummer is I think this is part of the 2012 BB black friday sale at about 50 bucks! Too late for me, bought several months ago...recommended.

Very easy to start up and re-set if anything goes bad. Password took a little time to figure out and reset but over I would recommend to a friend.

Solved our intermittent internet problems

My son has an Xbox, I use 3 laptops and we both have smartphones. Now we can be sure we will have a connection with no problems.

Good coverage, decent price

Instructions clear and comprehensive. Laptop and Nook quickly pick up strong signal throughout house, on all floors and outside on deck.
