This was a neat little router for the brief time I owned it. I used it to replace my FiOS router, using that one as a bridge and the new Netgear as my main device. That scenario worked perfectly, but I realized that this little guy lacked one thing that I had missed - gigabit ethernet ports. With 150mb internet, my router was a bottleneck, so I had to return it for a more robust Netgear Nighthawk. If that isn't a problem for you though, this little router is easy to set up and runs like a charm, with quick wireless speeds as well. I was so impressed that it kept me sticking with Netgear instead of looking at another brand. That's saying something.

I purchased a new router to support the DSL connection at our new home (only internet currently provided). The previous home owners warned that the DSL cut out all of the time. After using this router, it must have been their router that was dropping out. The connection quality from this router has been perfect.

This is the best of the entry level routers, does all the things we need it to for multiple connections but the best thing is the app that gives you control over every connection.

Easy set up, very good price and works well. I replaced a cheaper model where the import slot would not hold the connection cord any longer.

I cringed when the old wifi router died because it had been fairly complex to set up. This one was quite easy and works very well over a fairly long range.

Great price for a good router. Simple setup and admin tools. But speed is not near the high end cited. Cheap so good for the price but suffers because of that, low end components.

I wanted a basic no frills wifi router, inexpensive and reliable. That's exactly what I got. Worked easily right out of the box, easy to set up, no fuss great router for the price.

this wireless router provides secure internet access throughout my house. the set-up is extremely simple. the price is good, and the range of the internet access is enough for my entire home. i recommend it

I was using an older router my company provided me and was not able to consistently use multiple devices on wireless. It was a linksys wireless router. I went to best by and spoke with one of the salesmen about the routers and he recommended this router based on it's ease of use and set up. When I got home, it took me about 10 minutes to hook up the router and then set it with my families devices. It has worked beautifully on all devices. I didn't give it a 5 out of 5 only because the signal strength is not as far as I would like -- something the salesmen did say would happen. But, I wasn't willing to pay the extra $$ to get a few more feet of signal so I make do if I need to use my laptop on my back porch.

Was easy to set up and gave excellent range per dollar. You should be aware if distance is key stick with 2.4 only use 5 if there is need (interference on 2.4, or lots of devices doing in house data transfers)

We have 5 mobile devices, 3 tablets and a laptop in our home. It's not uncommon for 5 devices to be operating simultaneously. This router handles them all including video streaming. Our previous router didn't reach outside our home and this one allows us to be in backyard and still have strong connection.

Unit had super easy setup and improved speed of download and surfing of units on the same floor and only thrity feet away. Asus tablet I was ready to toss became usable again. Still think the various devices ability to receive signal plays a part too.

Excellent product for the price. I have absolutely nothing bad or even remotely negative to say about this product. Quick and easy to set up and install. Does everything I could ever ask. Extremely satisfied.

Could be a little more compact, that would make it easier to install where it was needed. Performs very satisfactorily and is easy to use. Not being really computer savvy, the instructions could be better.

I am very happy and satisfied with this sleek and beautiful product. Thanks NETGEAR for making such product it makes our day to day life so easy. And not to forget BEST BUY for having such product.

Currently we have 2 computers, a printer, and our satellite TV tied into the router. We are not heavy users but this has enough bang for the buck for our use. I don't know how it would be for a large home.

Works perfectly in 2400-sq ft brick home, set-up was easy, no need to fiddle with it since. What could be better? Not five stars only because I do not know what perfect would be, free?

Installed this router in the basement of my 2500 square foot ranch home. Reliable full bar wireless signal anywhere in the home. Laptop runs real fast. Setup was easy and the $59.95 sale price was a great deal.

Up & running within 15 mins. Reset the factory password and the family never knew there was an issue w/the other one. Three to five devices using the signal at any given time. Highly recommend this router.
