Was unable to get a reliable wireless signal in the bottom floor of the house. The wireless modem is on the second floor but after installing the extender on the bottom floor under the room with the wireless modem I now have a very reliable signal throughout the whole house.

Very Reliable product and is very easy to install and connect to.

It works well but is not consistent, easily looses signal.

Looking for an easy wifi extender in relocated home office and this fit the bill. Price was fair. Only real complaint is that we lose our connection weekly with modem. Have to turn off and back on to reconnect, but otherwise have not had a loss of performance.

Always trust NetGear products, easy to set up. Set and forget. I use this to extend my WiFi to reach an outdoor barn, 60' away, separated by a garage 25' away, I placed the extender in the garage and it works great!

I would expect a 'Range Extender' to have a signal at least as strong as a standard router, it does not. Setup is unnecessarily complicated, the Hawking I replaced it with was set up within a few minutes; and had a much better range.

I purchsed this range extender because my router would not reach to some of the rooms on the second story of my house. The set-up of the extender was very easy and straight forward. Once connected to the router it worked well. The main problem that I have is that the unit keeps losing its connection with the router. The extender shows up on the device as having five bars but there is no internet connection. It is very easy to re-establish the connection using the WPS buttons on the extender and the router. Its just a pain to have to keep reconnecting them several times a week. I have tried moving the range extender to different rooms in the house but keep having the same issue.

Just as advertised, I now get good reception throughout my house. I personally couldn't set it up but I called customer support and was actually able to speak with a live person and she helped me set it up quickly and smoothly. I would recommend!

The product is great for those who do not have a wifi enable tv. The installation brochure needs to be more accurate. It did not work for me, better suggestions were found online. Safe connection and fast streaming if the internet connection is fast.

Once installed performed very well in extending Wi-Fi range. Located in another building it sends the signal to a third building. Installation required a 40 minute session with the help desk- which was very helpful and courteous, but not much fun.

It took me a while to get it to work, but it only works with a WEP code. I had to call customer support to figure it out.

This was super easy to set up and had it up and running with all my devices connected through it in less than a 1/2 hour. Gives an additional layer to home internet use. Step by step directions are easy even for the most non-tech savvy person.
