Wee needed something that would pull off the the main upstairs and placed it on the first floor so the basement could pull a signal and it works great. Did exactly what we needed.

We are vey happy with our purchase our internet speed and strength was not that great on our new tv until we purchased this item.

This product did extend the WIFI range of my access point, but it slowed down the bps speed. I got this product for about $50 and it does an OK job for the price.

I use these everyday to extend wireless networks in large houses for solar monitoring systems. I don't need a high end product and this one suits most normal household needs.

We really like this Wi-Fi Range Extender. My son has his Xbox and we have our pc and 3 phones on Wi-Fi. We have not had a problem with slow internet since we bought this item.

Had it setup as a WiFi bridge between my router and some components but usually after about an hour of use the connection would drop to the router and would require a hard reset to reestablish. Returned to store as I did not desire a lengthy engagement with their tech support in order to establish why the device did this.

This device has been a fantastic way to extend my WiFi range so that dead spots don't occur. Larger homes, and homes with multiple levels benefit greatly from this product!

I had no wifi in my back porch from front bedroom so now that I've installed this extender, I get full wifi in my entire house.

I stopped using this wi-fi range extender because I realized that my computer speed was as good if not better without it.

Recently moved to a larger house and my router's signal was weak in some areas. This range extender did the trick. Excellent reception throughout the house now.

Works great with my iPhone using Home Sharing via iTunes. Surfing the Internet in my backyard is great, not slow like it was before buying this unit.

Bought this to extend my wi-fi to the other end of the house, works like a charm. No problems whatsoever, had it up and running in a matter of minutes.

It was easy enough to set up. But it would lose connection to the internet. I looked on the internet for ways to fix it and it looks like others who bought this are having the same problem. It may just not work well with the ATT 2wire router. I took it back to the store and got a refund. I have a degree in information technology and even though I can keep going into the settings and reconnect it to the internet, no one should have to do this.

Doesn't set up, for me anyway, with the "push of a button." The instructions, if you can call them that, failed to mention that you had to go in online and reset the password to match your network before it would work. Um, NetGear, update your instructions instead of indicating that customer service "starting at $39.39" is available. I'd shop around first before buying another one and make sure that the instructions are, um, thorough.

So far I have not had any problems with the equipment. Needed a range extender because of all the wireless equipment we have and this did the trick.

Needed a range extender. Purchase this item and found that only four wireless connections were permitted at one time. Returned item.

I brought in the Verizon technician and he was surprised that it could not relay from one floor to another, floors are wood not concrete.

I can see it as a choice for wireless internet but it keeps resetting itself. It is frustrating me

Easy to setup, and custom configuration is also possible. Wired ports fo TV's, DVRs, etc. Strong Wireless signal. I own 2 they are that good.
