works good but difficult to install

I later realized that it did not like the security cameras that I had plugged into my computer. Once I removed the cameras for the initial setup, the Modem worked fine. Seems like my internet connection is faster now with the new Modem!

Dsl modem

After going through the long set up process we couldn't get it to work. We called our internet provider and they said we needed to call netgear. Had to return the modem when we found out it was not compatible with our internet provider.

Okay product

I worded it different but it wouldn't let me say that so no I can't recommend it at all. If there was a different manufacture that would work with my phone and internet company I would sure buy that one and take this back in a heartbeat. They have terrible English and don't want to listen to the customer at all.

I could never get it to find the internet, but after reading through 80+ pages of the product information booklet, buried somewhere in the small print, was a statement that it might not work on updated versions of Apple OS.

Works Great! Very happy with my purchase

After calling my Internet provider to help me with setup to my service, the box works perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase. I have owned Netgear items before and all have worked to my satisfaction. If needed, will purchase this brand again.
