We bought this set to keep an eye on our new dog sitter while on vacation. It worked great for letting us know when she came and went.

Net gear vue zone is very easy to set up and provides a view that can be accessed from any internet connected device.

In general it's really good for the price you get what you pay for I like that you can use the app to monitor it on your phone I wish the picture quality was better and that there was audio

This is possibly the cutest IP camera system that you'll find. It's WiFi and battery operated, so NO wires at all. However, I did not initially realize that there is no way to record video to a local server (Windows, NAS, FTP, etc.) - you have to use the Netgear VueZone paid service. I returned it and got a D-Link camera.

Good product overall. Was easy to setup and start using. Quality of video feed was descent.

Wonderful for protection, but this was put up to stop neighbors from harassing me. They try to tell everyone in the neighbor hood what they can or cannot do and when you don't comply , they harass you. Including calling you names, following you. etc . This put a stop to it.

need a better battery life maybe a wireless charging pack for a new design. so that you can just recharge battery once it gets low. help save on cost replacing battery constantly every three weeks

The VueZone camera system is an excellent way to have an extra set of eyes keeping an eye on my elderly parent. The remote viewing feature works beautifully. Installation was very easy. Value for dollars spent seems very fair.

the only thing I don't like is that for the system to notify you it goes to email and you have to pay a monthly fee

I have a hard time downloading recordings It would freezeand then not show the recording at all

Good for keeping an eye on pets inside home while away. Good for close proximity use on patio.

The system was quick and easy to setup. My only issue is I need to up my bandwidth.

Very easy to install and set up . Works great and we are very pleased as all video is stored in the cloud and you don't need to secure the base station.

I'd recommend this system for VERY BASIC security applications.

Needed the camera for a weekend trip, but battery ran out after first day and we could no longer connect. That was after having to return the first one because the tower was faulty. Not worth the time or effort
