The Geek technician uninstalled a Sonos Connect and installed a Sonos Port quickly on our homes media center. After configuring and testing the Port with the existing surround sound equipment and speakers, the technician reviewed the product configuration settings on the Marantz receiver with me as well as showed me additional features of the Port.

The installers did a very good job, no complaints at all. They were personable and knowledgeable. The person who came to my home in November and designed the system, however, led me to believe that Total Tech did several follow-up maintenance and home tasks free of charge. For example, I was told that if there were any changes in room furnishings and arrangements, Total Tech would provide for recalibration of the system. I found out later I only get a 20% discount on that and several other services. I am very pleased with the work of the installers, but not of the designer.

I greatly appreciate the Geek Squad's work in my home. They were careful while hanging TVs and installing equipment. They taught me how to use my equipment as well. When I needed a few additional components to complete the built in home sound system, they recommended quality pieces at reasonable prices. They then went and picked the items up from the store and installed them. I was beyond satisfied.

The agent name Mathew Williams did an excellent job installed my 40” Samsung tv and also connecting my old receiver to the tv and also my husband’s new Xbox game. He is very good of what he does… I really appreciate him.

The guys knew exactly what to do. Measured and confirmed with us that it was ok to drill holes for the mount. Once the mount was up, the agent put the TV up and made sure everything was level. He setup the TV and explained everything to us. They did an excellent job!

Chris with the geek squad is great! He serviced my home before and was familiar with my theater system. He was in and out in no time.
