The installers did a sloppy job. They did not remove the packing materials from the audio component, nor did they setup the component beyond plugging them in. When I went to watch a movie I had to go through the setup procedures including waiting 20 min while the soundbar software updates downloaded and installed I asked the Best Buy employee if I needed to buy extra HDMI cables and was told that the installer would have extra cables of various lengths so they could do any install. Well that was not true. The installers had no additional cables and were ready to leave without even plugging the blue ray player into the TV. Fortunately my son-in-law was able to go to Best Buy to get a long cable and deliver it before the installers left

Cannot say enough good things about the Geek Squad and their abilities. I am not real good at all the technology. Would not have the great sounding system without them. They are very interested in making the customer happy with their purchase decisions.

These guys were great. They were in and out in no time and the installation was flawless. They were both pleased on our selection with many positive things to say about the product.

Geek Squad had to come out to troubleshoot an audio issue that was occurring. The team worked together to get the issue resolved and figured out how to fix it.

The agents were friendly, observed CDC protocol in reference to Pandemic and mounted and connected the TV to all my devices. They also showed me how to connect my laptop to the TV wireless and explained how to use the device quite well.

The agents installed the headphones on the tv. They had to return to the store to get a part so that they could hook it to the tv. They took care of getting the job done!

Best buy provide best service installing TV and screen especially home theatre was really nice. Alex is best person give home consultation.

Unfortunately it was difficult to get the solutions necessary to fix the problem with the previous items purchased from BB. after 12 days of no follow up but being billed for the Service Call, I went to the Okemos, MI store, tracked down the MIC and spent an hour at the store getting to the right person. We are concerned that we spent many thousands of dollars replacing speakers and acquiring the entire Sonos system, only to find that it was originally not set up property.

Awesome job with my alexa and sonos system although they may have missed a couple small details but they are coming back out to rectify them for no charge

TV already mounted. Had Geek Squad to connect a Cochlear TV streamer since I am hard of hearing. Rocky Crawford was very courteous and helpful in addressing my issue.

The geek squad service did a great job with installing both TV's, mounts, soundbar and surround sound system. I was very impressed with how quickly they worked. I would highly recommend them to come do an installation. You will be happy!
