The Geek squad attached my Sonos sound system to my TV quickly. They did a great job.

We had the Sonos sound system installed. It was a shame that the installer was not familiar with this system. He was trying to sync the components in the wrong order. He could have saved himself several hours.

The agents called prior to the appt. They showed on time they were clean and left in a timely manner. They set up the tv, sound bar , additional speakers.

They did a great job installing my media room equipment and setting up the remote that controls all of the components, after they were done they took the time to explain how the controller works to my daughter's and myself.

I was having problems installing my sound bar and had the Geek Squad rep do it for me. He showed me all the steps and had the system working perfectly. He was very friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. I would have Joe Price do any future work for me.

Although the Sonos system is user-friendly I was able to use this service to hide the hdmi cord in the wall. I also was able to get my speakers mounted on the wall for the Sonos Ones. Great work, great people.

We didn't understand the necessity of having WiFi available at time of installation for the speakers. Our speakers did not automatically link to the wifi which was finalized after the install. The Squad came out and linked everything and it's great!
