The Geek Squad is great! I have come to rely on them for problems I do not understand or cannot solve and for set ups that I do not want to tackle. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and effective. Every Geek Squad rep I have worked with has been great. I have never had a bad or disappointing experience with them.

When I buy a big ticket TV at Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad delivery and set up. They do this every day and their exceptional service takes the guess work out of setting up the TV and making sure it works before they leave. Justin did an excellent job of connecting my Sonos port and demonstrating its use to me. He was knowledgeable and precise. Instructions for use were simplified and direct. Work was completed in a timely and very courteous manner. Kudos!!

Very pleasant and professional! Got right to work setting up my old Sonos speakers which are no longer supported. Very disappointed with that. He was able to connect 4 out of 6. The other ones were to old.

Geek squad member Dan Kostrzewa gave us the best, most expert installation of any product we've ever had. He knew everything about the TV, the sonos sound system, and everything else in our house. He stayed to make sure everything worked perfectly, and when issues arose he developed practical solutions. Very client oriented.

Our tech was outstanding going above just installing but also helped with making sure we understood all the operation steps! Because our TV was a little older the out of the box instructions for sound bar set up didn't work for us.

Geek Squad sent a team out to see our existing tv set-up and determine everything that we needed to purchase and gave us a parts and pricing summary. They showed up to the installation appointment with everything needed to do the job. It was great to have competent, friendly people take care of wall mounting and setting up our new tv. They made sure our existing satellite tv system, dvr and sound system worked seamlessly with the tv. They solved our issue of wanting to put the new, larger tv on a different wall, without stringing cables across our walls (hurray for wireless HDMI).

Geek man was very knowledgeable, quickly identified the issue, and went about resolving it. Router and google mesh disks were both broadcasting a wifi signal -- created a lot of gremlins in my devices. Explained it and fixed it. All I could ask for and at a fair price.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, let me tell you something - listen up (literally)…. I just ordered and had installed, by Best Buy & the geek squad, a new “Martin Logan” surround sound speaker system, along with a Denon 2800 series receiver. When I tell you it is the best purchase that I have made in the past decade, which includes my cars and all, I really mean it. I’ll tell you, in comparison to the movie theaters’ surround sound, Martin Logan is killing it. I have a 17 x 17 1/2 room, to which this set up that I have including two subwoofers, two rear speakers, two front speakers, and one center speaker - sounds better than IMAX……IMAX WHO? I’ll tell you, don’t take my word for it, listen to it for yourself and you will definitely be pleased! Big ups to Best Buy, and my “friends” with the Geek Squad!
