Terrible service! I brought my computer in to make sure it didn’t have any viruses. I was told I needed to create a backup desk. I then bought one two days later I was told to pick up the computer; when I got it home. It did not work. I called geek squad again, they sent a tech out. He spent an hour here and told me it was running very slowly. It was fine when I took it in I called they told me to bring it back in. I brought it in. I was told that Windows had crashed. They asked if I would allow them to install windows again. I said yes and I and they did I picked it up, brought it home. My son tried to install the back up desk. There was nothing on it. I have had to reinstall everything I paid for the back up desk, and there was nothing on it .

Great service. I purchased a lot of equipment, so this was a great added bonus. Not sure how valuable if only bought a few.

Everyone that has come by from the Geek Squad these last few visits has been great to work with!
