We purchased an amplifier that the Geek Squad set up for us for our outdoor speakers. Stephen and Chris set it up and showed us how to use it. Quick and easy, great guys.

The 1st agent came out to see what we needed and sent the 2nd person to analyze what needed to be done to meet our needs. The 2nd person made recommendations and, when we agreed, ordered what we needed. When our order arrived, everything was expertly installed and explained to us. Both agents were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

The Geek Squad is Absolutely Fantastic!!! The agent, Michael was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. After his expert diagnosis, he recommended, ordered and installed the new Sonos Amplifier for my Sonos S2 music system. Our Sonos system works Great now! Huge thank you to Michael!

They were on time, put shoe covers on their shoes to keep floor clean. They put the speakers in the ceiling and cleaned up when completed, removing all the boxes and trash when they left.

Tyler, Matt and Jarod working with Tyler in February did and excellent job restoring our Sonos speakers. They are very knowledgeable and know their product and they were able to update the Sonos app which was not compatible with our speakers. Jarod also helped me with computer issues and navigate the Roku remote

Technician arrived on time, addressed all our technical issues and gave us a tutorial on how to use the move speakers and how to connect and use Sonos/Spotify. Friendly and patient answering questions.

I had the BEST experience when Geek Squad Member Nate came and installed my new speakers. He was extremely knowledgable and was most informative on how best to use the speakers. He set everything up perfectly. I will buy all my equipment and products from Best Buy!!!!

Hello we were there and need assistance with home theater. We were to have same day service because it worked out that way. no one came or called and we had to cancel our dinner plans. I called the next day and you all sent a wonderful person out but i never recieved my $100 gift card.

The gentleman dealt with each problem as it arose calmly and professionally . He was an expert in dealing with Xfinity/Comcast. He demonstrated how to use the new remotes . He was patient and knowledgeable.

A big improvement over the TV speakers although adjusting the tone quality and volume settings takes some getting used to. The installation staff was excellent.
