I decided to upgrade my 3DS for the larger screen. But I got so much more. The adaptive 3d is a great improvement. Plus it's much faster.

I've been a Nintendo fan for years. Got this with Monster Hunter 4, and for future releases like Xenoblade Chronicles. It has a great feel to it. The battery lasts me forever. And the new c-stick for camera controls in recent game releases is awesome.

A lot of the upgrades in this New 3DS are not really necessary (sure it's faster, has more buttons, and the NFC support is neat), but the way the new head tracking works is amazing. I now leave 3D on all the time, even in games that use the gyroscope.

The only downfall is I wish there were more sport or racing games... but it's incredibly easy to use, great graphics, light weight and all of the Mario and Pokémon games (for me at least) are incredibly addicting. Love it.

Best handheld console I've ever had. Great graphics and the 3d is a nice touch with some games. Love the bigger screen and good features.

The new 3ds is a small yet needed redesign of a fun system. The 3d has been improved and the new camera stick and much needed additional shoulder buttons make this the stand out version. It also supports direct nfc for ammibo. Anyone new in the market for a 3ds look no further. I am dismayed that this product was released too close to the previous version and I feel like I wasted my money on that system.

This DS offers a larger screen and seems to be better graphics! My daughter loves it!

I am very happy wmy New 3DS. The added processor, graphics and controls really make the older models feel obsolete. The difference between the new model and older models is day& night. Same goes for the new games like MH4 & Majoras Mask 3d. BUY IT!

Galaxy scene looks awesome. Disappointed it doesn’t come with a charger.

It's a great system. I was checking the differences between this one and the 3ds and the graphics are better, you don't have to by the amiibo and some of the buttons are in a different place . It's a great system and I defiantly love it !

Bought with Pokemon and majoras mask both hubby n lil girl love playing might need to buy second always fighting over who's turn it is control's are easy to use even for my six year old n love the parental controls easy to setup ^.^ very pleased

The super stable 3d reduces the blurriness. Long battery life (played it on a 6 hour plane ride, had enough battery to go the whole way. Games are tons of fun, with a great selection. If you're on the fence of whether or not to buy this. Do it.

I like the improved speed for this new ds and not complaining on the bigger screen I love it!, I would of liked a different variety in colors but its what we get, I chose the charcoal glossy one. My little bro plays with it on a daily basis!

Salesperson showed me the product but failed to tell me it didn't come with a charger! My grandson got it for his birthday but couldn't play with it till we could get a charger. Even when I called the store, the representative assured me the charger came with it! Needless to say The box says the charger wasn't included but no one at the store seemed to know that!

This was a gift for my son. This is an upgrade from the DS to the 3DS and he is happy with the larger screen provided by the XL. Beyond the ability to play 3D games, the graphics seem to be about the same as the previous DS. All in all, I have not heard any complaints from him and it appears to be working as designed.

You must upgrade to this 3DS or as your first system. Its such an improvement from the old systems. The face tracking works great for keeping the 3D in sync and the processor allows for much faster loading of applications and games.

The new 3ds xl is simply azing. The stable 3d works great even in low light situations. I was also pleasantly surprised that it can multitask. Being able to pull up a browser to look up info for the game I'm playing if need be is just great.

I am in awe of the galaxy design and enjoy if so much that I’m looking for a clear case so the unique and beautiful design doesn’t have to be hidden. I love Nintendo DS and the 3D screen is cooler now that it is XL

I had not decided to buy this until the tech specs were upgraded. IT WAS WORTH IT! I have never picked up a handheld device so often just to get a quick level of Mario in, or been consumed with the new Zelda for a couple hours. It's great!

I have a 15 year old son that is a gamer and a techy, he has had DS's in the past and recently I got him this one for his birthday. This packs a lot in a little package and is better than it's previous versions.
