I was very skeptical at first when I heard about the face tracking feature, thinking that the 3D only would have 3 or 5 "sweet spots" and just adjust to the one closet to your face. Trust me, this feature moves perfectly with your face, allowing games to play perfect in 3D at any angle. One of my favorite games, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, now looks amazing on this new hardware. In addition the built NFC is really neat, being able to on the fly play with Smash Bros Amiibos. And the other features such as more buttons and a faster processor, while not exactly revolutionary, are still greatly appreciated. Overall this New 3DS made every step in the right direction and I could not recommend it more.

Even though stock isn't the best right now, the console is still fantastic! And the design is so spectacular! Compared to the smaller one with the face plates, the XL model is preferred due to the bigger screens and the better chance for an IPS (top quality) screen(s). I know this following trait but I feel it's necessary to include: there is no charger, they are cheap anyways and all chargers since the DSi still work! Great buy!

The new GB 3DSXL is an amazing handheld console, ripe with some of the Nintendo classics. The good, astonishing handheld gameplay. The bad, not many 'great' titles and it doesn't include a charger??

The face tracking 3D works well. The faster processor is great. The added right stick and extra r &l buttons come in handy. All in all I'd say this is the best hand held system from Nintendo to date.

Our son wanted the new 3ds for the newest options it offered. He has been nothing but happy with it. Now our other son would like to have one. We had no idea these things would be impossible to find.

I bought this game for my grand-daughter. She raves about her 3DS constantly and enjoys all the games that she plays on it. The graphics are excellent. I would recommend this product to everyone.

It is a better console than the previous. 3d is comfortable and stable. Just didn't like the change on the stylus slot. The previous version was more convenient. Regardless, it is a great console.

Bought product as a gift to my son and he absolutely loved it..... It's compact and easy to use. Great for when we travel so he doesn't get bored.

Everything about the screen and 3D is great. I don't use the c-stick for any games I play, so I can't comment on that. The system is a bit unwieldy and uncomfortable to hold for extended periods of time because it tries to be flat and there's no ergonomic shaping for hands. Might just be because I have small hands/long fingers?

I've upgraded all three of my 3DS'es to the new 3ds, and in general its a very good upgrade, giving access to newer games and a better 3d. The only problem I had was transferring from my old 3ds.

The 3d is much better than the old DS. I know others who complained about he system transfer but I had no issue getting it done. Suggest you upgrade the memory card before transfer. I put a 32gb in.

The "NEW" 3DS XL is a good portable console. However if you are a parent you will find anoying that a separate charger is needed to be able to actually use the device. Also that it has no bundles with some games. Basically, If you want to use this device aside from paying the cost of it, you will need to spend more to actually use it

The New Nintendo is a minor upgrade from the original that doesn't need NFC reader and its an excellent system with all original nintendo games on the go and 3D is definitely something to try

I bought this because my older ds died and I wanted something with a larger screen. Definitely worth the money, the extra joystick is a little hard to get used to but I like the design overall.

Nintendo has always put out great handhelds, and the new 3DS doesnt disappoint. Always trying to be on the top of the handheld market, the redesigned 3DS is a must have for any handheld gamer.

The new screen with face tracking is a great improvement which greatly enhances your playing experience. Games come alive like never before. Awesome game system! Now it just needs more games.

I'm a little upset that you spend 200 on a ds and have to buy the charger separate. Kinda a dumb thing if you ask me. I love the 3D on this.

I loved my previous 3ds xl....this one is better. I would highly reccommend getting this if you are thinking about it. Also, pick up a 32gb micro sdhc....you will need it if you download games.

I love the size of the New 3DS. I had the original smaller 3ds and it always cramped my hands (and I have small hands). However the new 3DS is perfect and I love the size of the screen.
