My son loves his birthday gift. He’s a sonic the hedgehog fanatic and there are plenty of old sonic games to keep him satisfied. He had no problem learning how to use the 2DS xl.

I bought this for my cousin. He is 6. He loves it. It is easy to use and you can use 3ds games on it as well as the other games. This allows more variety of games.

I have owned several 3DS systems and the 2DS was a weird, wedge shaped device. The New 2DS systems are so cool, I actually want to buy one for myself. My daughter loves it.

My kids have loved the Nintendo 2ds. The screen is the perfect size and was great for our 10 hour car trip. They even dropped it once and there were no issues, very durable.

Before buying this console, I had the original 2DS. It is definitely worth the extra $ for the New 2DS. The screen are much bigger and load my games much faster.

Purchased this for my family and it was a huge hit. Daughter loved playing Pokemon and my son loved playing classic nintendo games from the eshop. Recently though we have purchased a Switch and it does the exact same thing. Good for younger kids and if you don't want to spend alot of money.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced, reliable portable gaming console, you're not gonna go wrong with this. It also has an incredible library of games!

My son loves it and I like it too. It’s mobile so he has something to play with whiles I’m driving and he’s at the back seat. The battery life is fantastic.

Man, if I had one of these as a kid!! The games are great for younger kids all the way to adult. I like how more games are catered to all ages and lack violence.

I bought this for mom to upgrade her from the original 2DS I bought her last year. She loves the bigger screen it really makes Animal Crossing more enjoyable for her.

Good size, good screens and love the colors. Nothing amiss to it, smaller box, easier to setup, uses a Micro SD with better placement then the orginal 3ds.

It is super sleek looking, it plays all my 3ds games well. I never really liked the 3d effect on 3ds so this is a much better option for me.

I absolutely love my new 2DS XL! I have a Nintendo Switch and it is my favorite console hands down, but I am loving my new 2DS for its HUGE game library.

Great size and comfortable to play on, awesome upgrade from the first 2ds model. I also own the 3ds Xl and its very similar and I prefer this one over the 3ds.

Bought this as a Christmas present for kid sister and don't regret it. Great purchase and no need to spend extra on the 3D when you might not even use it.

Great way to game on the go without using a phone. The New 2DS XL also has a larger screen to it which makes it easier to play games on.

Good if you want to upgrade your old DS! Plays all the original games, and plays the new games too! It lacks the 3D feature, but who really needs it?
