Fun time killer but not very well built

Unfortunately, they don't seem to be very well built. My first one the clip that holds game in broke on the second day and third game I tried. Replaced it with one that is super loose in my hinge. I recommend holding on to your receipt you may have to return it for a functional model. Technology-wise, this is exactly what I've been waiting for. I love Nintendo handheld but don't care about the gimmicky 3D. this was a nice cheap option at that removes the need for the stupid 3D tech, but still as you play all the game.

Great alternative to the 3DS

He loves minecraft and wanted a 3DS but after doing research we found that the NEW 2DS does exactly what a 3DS does expect for it does not play games in 3D which isn’t important to us. So we loved the fact we could save $50 and get him something he wanted. It has been great for car rides and waiting for food at restaurants! The battery life is great too.
