This is a classic Mario game which my is not too hard or complicated for my 5 year old daughter. It is nice that you can choose different characters and there is a Princess Peach power up. She saw the movie and now is really enjoying this game.

It's side scrolling Mario, need I say more!? Some people feel this style of Mario, (The New Super Mario) is played out and has been over used. I say it's still super fun and as long as they keep making them I'll be playing them. Do yourself a favor and pick it up, especially if you missed this one and the Wii U. This version has all the DLC from the Wii U version including Super Luigi.

I love this game, I had not played Mario go for many years and I am surprised.

Super Mario’s fun and reminds me of old Nintendo days. Switch game is awesome! A little difficult for an 8 year old but he will grow into it

If you played it back on the WiiU then you know what to expect here as it's just a port, with two extra characters that act as an easy mode. I can only really reccomend it if you don't have the WiiU version or if you truly want a portible version.

If you are a fan of Mario Bros games, this one is for you. What is great about Switch games, is how big you can take your screen. If you want the portable version with the remotes, you play the game on the Switch, with the attached controllers, either single person mode or with a partner. Or you can upgrade screen to home TV and use a regular controller the same way. Either way, the Mario Bros game is fun to play.

This is a classic 2D Mario Game. It is a bit difficult for young children, but is overall very good.

Same game as the Wii U version but now you can take it anywhere! Great to play with friends and family.

What can I say? It’s a Mario game, they are all a good time. Play this with the kids all the time.

Awesome side scrolling Mario game. A must have game if you are Mario fan- I like the way that it’s a classic side scroller rather than a 3-D game such as Mario Odyssey, as side scrollers are easier to navigate for me. Since I was a fan of the 8-bit and 16-bit Mario games, this reminded me of those and brought back wonderful memories.

needing a game to play with friends, this is your go too and you get to play as toad and toadette.

Pretty fun game, especially with 2 players. Thought it was going to be easy, but later got challenging.

This is a very fun Party Adventure Game and a good ice breaker to get the party going! It is fun and competitive with many levels, characters, and mini-games. Played it for many hours and never get bored!

Great game, super fun and easy to learn. Great for single players but worth playing with 2 players.
