What you would expect from a 2D Mario

If you did, and you want more, this is a great pickup. If you are a little sick of that style of Mario, then I would probably pass on this one. But it is a great platformer with tight controls, good level design, and a good amount of content. However, there is nothing new with this game that makes it a new experience.

I'm not sure I would have got it otherwise since I already had it on the Wii U. Solid entry into the series and worth the money if you never played it before.
