My daughters favorite game. I even take it from her to play. Very fun and brings back memories

I totally recommend this game. Brings me old memories from my childhood. It's definitely challenging for me.

I bought this game in hopes it would be like the Mario from when i was a kid. It has similar features but not quite like the old game. It is fun and challenging. I noticed when I click the controller that there is a lag between when the character moves but only by a second or two, but it is annoying. I also noticed, that when we save the game sometimes when we start the game it isnt saved from the last point we saved at, which sucks and is annoying. Other than those glitches, the game is fun and enjoyable for both my 7 year old son and I.

Up to four players on the same screen, playing good old Super Mario Brothers. What more could you want?? Two new added characters with an easier difficulty level for younger gamers makes it perfect for families.

My daughter loves to play this Super Mario game. She is a beginner and the game has a character that allows her to learn, that’s a good thing. It is great for adults too. 100% recommended.

I grew up on the original Super Mario games and this is very reminiscent of them, just better graphics and a tad harder. It's fun and there is plenty of side things to do as you progress through the world map.

I bought this for nephew as his first switch game. This is a great game to gain a foundation for Mario games in general. A starting point for a new gamer.

This is a good game. It is an UPDATED version of the Wii U release plus the addition of the fun Super Luigi game, which can be played locally as a 4 player. The Mario side scroller game plays well, looks good, and is fun. You have several characters to choose from with different levels of difficulty. Good solid play for young and not so young. It would have gotten five stars if the price would have been under $50.

Bought this for my son and he really enjoys playing this game. The only thing I would say that was hard for this was during the holidays it was chaos for curbside pickup.

Got this for $40 during a March sale on Mario games. Otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it because I owned and completed the Wii U version. My son and I talked about the differences and thought we would give it a go. The best thing about it is that you can pick it up and go. Play in the bedroom, office, tv room, car, wherever. Other than that, I haven't noticed the difference so much. My son has and thinks its cool.

Nintendo has done it again with Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. If you enjoy a Mario platform game, this game continues in the amazing tradition. As a child, playing the original Mario Bros was an exciting adventure and we always wondered what it would be like to play at the same time with a friend. Our dreams were answered with this game series. Getting to play up to 4 players is a such a great experience, especially when this game is set up so playing as a team benefits everyone. All the original elements are here, as well as new power ups and enemies that make the game feel original. A definite must for any gamer!

This port from the Wii U is visually very impressive with the upgrade to the switch. Great fun for the whole family - even my 4 year old can play if she uses Nabbit (invulnerable to damage).

I grew up with Mario games and I hadn't played for many years until my wife gave me the Nintendo Switch and I decided to buy this game, which has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. I can tell you that it is a game that we use almost every day and we play it as a family and that is something that has united us. My son and my wife love them. Thank you Nintendo for the excellent game.

Underrated modern classic in the 2d platform genre. New easy mode characters make it fun for the whole family.

This game is fun for all. If you play the game alone, fun! Play with another person, fun! Play with 3 people, more fun! Play with 4 people, better fun! Brings our family together. Laughter, competition, & fun!

One of the best 2D Mario games and easily the best of the New Super Mario Bros. sub-series, the game is a nominal showcase of Nintendo's continued mastery of the formula, being able to maintain the core elememlnts that started the franchise while keeping things fresh with excellent level designs and a minimal, but self aware and unexpected take on the story. I've played the original on Wii U and enjoyed every second of it, so I'm estatic to finally get my hands on this Deluxe edition to relive the experience with new character options.
