Mario is like any classic Mario from the NES and SNES days. Although this appeared on the WiiU, the system isn't as widely received as this one. The 4 player fun and updates to the Switch version make this a fun game. I however prefer to find all the coins and secret on my own without all the craziness that comes with 4 players trying to act in sync or against each other in game.

First off this is a great game to play with a friend. It’s like the old school super Mario but I found it a bit too easy. I was super excited to get it until I started playing and found it pretty boring and extremely easy. I like games but this wasn’t the one for me.

Although toy is a remake it is still a great game. My wife and I have been playing it nonstop since I purchased it

Love Mario. Can't get enough of it. Play several times a week. Compete with my girlfriend to see who's better. It's a classic.

Gifting to my nephew for Christmas. He currently has an obsession with all things Mario.

I am a big gamer and my wife hadn't played a game since duck hunt on the old NES. Having her tried a few games she struggles with the 3d moving environment so when we got a switch wanted something simple that she could enjoy. this was perfect, it is a 2d scroll and allows you to play both at the same time, it allows one player to pick up the other player and carry them over hard jumps etc. totally advise this game for people that are trying to get into games or someone that is trying to spend game time with their significant other.

Very good game for the family is to play any age recommendations

Even though this game is more modernized because of technology, it still manages to bring back the same level of enjoyment as the old Mario games that I would play on the old Nintendo consoles. It is still fun and brings a lot of excitement when played. You can choose between different characters to save the princess and there are many levels to play! I have gotten far yet but it is definitely fun every time I play it. It is good for all ages, my seven year old sister loves the game. My older brother (twenty-four years old) loves this game as well! Highly recommend to anyone who has a Nintendo switch console.

I'm glad this wonderful Mario game is finally getting the exposure it deserves. Well-developed. It was a shame that it was previously limited to the Wii U, but that is no more!

We recently got this game but I’ve always been a Mario fan. I’m so glad that there’s more different Yoshi colors and they all do different things. Fun game!

Bought this as a gift for my little brother and he said he felt they could’ve done more, since he’s speeding through the game, but ultimately, it’s a very entertaining game!

We bought this game for the airplane ride on our vacation but had to open it sooner!

Great game. It's so much for the whole family. My only complaint is that for co-op, you probably want to purchase a second remote instead of using the tiny joy con.

Fun title to Mario, the graphics are a massive step up from Super Mario Bros Wii, and an even bigger step from Super Mario Bros DS (understandable since each version came out on an improved system, but still worth mentioning). Super fun gameplay as well and the multiplayer experience is just overall better than the previous version, totally recommend for any fan of the New Super Mario Bros series.

I didn’t have a Wii-U so I never had the opportunity to play this before. This reminds me much older school Mario games with a world map that you traverse space by space and try to clear the level to move on. As the game progresses, the levels become much more difficult, some a bit more pain staking than others but, all still doable. The most difficult part is figuring out how to collect the three large coins in each level. As someone that doesn’t have a great deal of time to play, I didn’t finish this myself but, was satisfied completing the game.

Load of fun again and again. Gets a little challenging at times with multiple players, the screen get super busy.
