    The wireless signal from camera to the system is very weak even though it’s less than 200 ft. Where can I buy the extender antenna?

      We are very sorry to inform you that we do not sell antennas to extend the range of the connection between the cameras and the WNVR. Please keep in mind, when installing the cameras, that certain materials such as metals and concrete will decrease the signal strength. We are sorry for the inconvenience.     This system has been a problem ever since installing in my home. Night Owl has the absolute worst customer service/tech support I have ever dealt with. The DVR started making a loud noise after the warranty ran out (coincidence) for a few weeks then stops and then starts again after a few more weeks. The mobile app for this system is even worse if you can imagine that. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this product by all means.

      We are sorry to hear this has occurred with your product. Our products come with a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. There are multiple issues which could cause the DVR to become noisy, including HDD failure and fan failure. Both of which are rare, but do happen.     Motion is useless. Can't see recordings and take forever to load. Keep getting message internal error
