Horrible

Night owl customer care offered to warranty it but I would have to send it back and wait for either repair or replacement to be sent back. I went to the store and exchanged it for another of the exact same and now it has also crashed. This time customer service is not responding from night owl and left me on hold for 1.5hrs .

Not Wireless
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You’ll still need to run the power cables for each camera and they are the flimsy indoor cables you’d expect to see on an old cell phone charger. Not exterior rates and certainly not long enough to hook up a camera that doesn’t have an outlet immediately near it. Since you’ll ultimately have to run cable anyway you might as well get a wired set where the power and video are in one cable making your job A LOT easier. Want true wireless? Get Arlo with the solar panels.

Posted .Good Afternoon. As indicated on the packaging and support material, this is an AC Powered Wireless system. Each camera comes with its own camera power adapter. AC Powered is more reliable than Battery Powered as you do not have to worry about changing or recharging batteries. We are sorry you were not aware of this products capabilities prior to purchase.

Worst. Night owl cameras I've ever had

Stay Away from this Product

I’ve sent them back and had them replaced only for them to go out and not work again. Customer service was terrible. They wouldn’t warranty them again. I have had this system less than 3 months.
