    Using it for a long time now. It was easy to set up and works really great. But wasn’t able to watch the video remotely. Called few times the customer service but they weren’t able to help

    Installation was pretty straight forward and all the cameras worked out of the box. My main issue is with this product is the software that connects your PC or cellphone to the device. When highly technical people can't get it to work, there is no chance someone who is less technically inclined to ever going to get it working. Furthermore, you have to wait an incredible amount of time to get ahold of someone in customer support department. They must be aware of the software connection issues and give you the runaround. If that is not a feature you care about, then this product will work for your needs. Otherwise, be prepared for a lot of hassle.
