Bad Customer Support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dislike so much this product, it does not have good image quality and sound, just 1 or 2 cameras I believe has audio, out of four cameras that comes with this device. The customer service to help you with the installation of the device to work with your phone app is very slow to get them to answer you and not friendly at all. After the warranty expires they said to me that they can't fix your device if breaks or worse they can't recommend a specialized our an authorized dealer to fix it. So you will need to buy another one, by the way all the wires needs to be inside the wall, so it can be costly to be installed in your walls (to hide this great amount of long wires).

Please know the Night Owl system you are referring to with this review the cameras that come with the system do not have audio capabilities, unless you have purchased and connected the Night Owl Microphone for the cameras. Regarding the warranty, we provide our customers with a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty. We do not have authorized retailers for our product nor do we recommend any since we are not affiliated with any electronic repair shops, we are very sorry if this comes as an inconvenience to you. Lastly, regarding the wired installation, we do not require for the BNC wires that we provide with our product to be installed within the walls, this last part is a preference that some of our customers may want to take. Unit died after one year

But no signal to the monitor. Just laid down an died. Night Owl provided support but could not fix the problem. Equipment failure after one year.

Overpriced

Not good

It is broken again and all troubleshooting methods have failed. WASTE OF MONEY. This is a product problem not a Best Buy issue

Worst camera

Best Buy need to take it off the shelf

Worst product from Best Buy

Won't last
