    I need a good portrait lens , so bought this one , however i soon realize that its not suitable in all situations .. and most of the time i needed a more versatile lense so returned and bought zoom lens 18-100mm which is very costly compare to this , but thats what more i wanted .

    This is an excellent lense and good to have in your Nikon kit. I wanted to buy another one though but it was not available on Best Buy for few weeks in row and so I ended up in buying this lense which was my second choice.. but it turned out to be good decision :)
