Bought this for my 12 y/o grandson. After he downloaded the Mario Kart game he and his 7 y/o brother have a hard time putting it down. He says the 2D graphics are very clear and the screen is small but fine since they are used to using a mini ipad. Made a fun gift.

This system is better than the 3ds my son loves it

Got for my grandsons 4th birthday and he loves it!

I bought this 2DS as a reward for my son for making all A's & B's in school this year. He has really enjoyed it.

We had been looking for a new 3ds for our son since before Christmas but everyone was out of stock. My husband stopped into Best Buy while out of town twice during his week long trip and found this on the second stop. It is a great device and works great but clearly maintaining stock has been a challenge.

My 8 year old daughter loves this portable device. Loves being able to play together with her dad.

Nintendo 2DS has a very good go karting game with Mario. Very fun to play.

My 6yr old's 3ds was damaged by his older brother and everywhere I looked, it was difficult to find a 3ds replacement. I read the reviews of the 2ds and it works perfect with his 3ds games. Honestly, he never used the 3ds function anyway. This was a much better replacement and it cost 120 dollars less.

Excellent product for my 5 year old son. Very durable and easy to use. An amazing amount of games to choose from!

I got this for my daughter who already has a tablet. She lost interest in it right away and opted to stick to playing on her Amazon tablet (only paid $25 on Black Friday) That out of the way, I felt that this economy version of the DS had a really cheap build quality. The functionality was great. But I think it left more to be desired on the screen resolution. But at the price point it is a decent product.

Amazing... I was undecided between 2ds and 3ds. Had to buy a few of them so ultimately the low price is what made up my mind. But was not disappointed at all! Comfortable for mine and my kids hands, great picture. Also came with charger, memory card, and a game! Cannot beat it!

My child is too young for his very own cell phone but wanted to take part in the Pokemon Go experience. After a researching I decided to purchase a 2DS for the durability and price point. It has met all the expectations that I had, plus my older daughter loves the pre loaded Mario Kart game.

The device is cheap and plays many games. But if you have large hands, it is uncomfortable after awhile.

Solid build, and very comfortable to play with. I have NO hand cramping unlike with my aforementioned 3DS. Has a feel reminiscent of my old school gameboy. If you never use the "3D" feature on the 3DS or the 3DSXL, I highly recommend this model!.

My son wanted a 3ds in the worst way! I looked up reviews for the 3ds and the DSxl and agreed the 3ds was a good choice. We got to the store and they were out of 3ds game systems. They offered us the 2ds and explained it's pros and how it compairs to the 3ds and my son wanted it. He loves it!

Good to play around with while sitting idle on a corner waiting for the wife to finish her shopping chores.

I got this for my kids (5 and 7). I didnt want to invest on an expensive video game until they are older enough and i am pleased about this item. The sound and the imagen is great and the size is perfect for their little hands. Also it comes with Mario Kart 7 included!

Our 7 to 9 year old boys enjoy the game. Our older son stopped playing the game around 12 years of age.

My daughter wanted the 3ds, but got this instead, and loves it! All her old games work on this too!
