Was nicely priced, hectic black friday sale, good quality but not comfortable in adult hands, great for kids though

Just to let everyone know the charger is sold separately make sure you pick that up too if you buy this product.

This was a gift for my significant other; he had the original DS but had heard that this one was a limited edition and turns out to be a great gaming diversion for him..... Got two on Black Friday since stood in line for hours and my sister bought this one for the gifting.....

Bought it for my soon to be 6 year old son. He learned to enjoy a DS by using his cousins, but it's incredible how quickly he figured out how it works. It has some features that are definitely beyond him, but it'll be something for him to grow into and enjoy more later!

Over all a great gift for the price. Out of the box works great. Unfortunately on the website it is hard to see the writing on the box that states A/C adapter not included. This was a disappointment and we wish that Nintendo will include an A/C adapter in the future.

I already own the 3DS XL (which is better for large hands) but I couldn't resist this design.

My first ds and I love, that only thing that I hate is that It does not included the charger.

I was able to hey one of these for my son before they sold out best buy needs to start doing pre-orders on things like this so the scalpers don't buy them all and sell them for profit and families who want them for their kids don't get ripped off!

Size is perfect for my 6 year old son and it's pretty durable. He dropped it numerous times.

This a grate handheld reason I didn't give it 5 Stars was it did not come with the charger

I bought this system on Black Friday, and it was totally worth the wait,maths price cut was so amazing I talked my friend into buying one too! Have a 3ds but this "new" 3ds version is a hundred times better at keeping focus of 3D when playing.

I did not realize when I went to buy this product that it did not come with an AC adapter. I was lucky that the sales representative let me know that. Also something to note is that this is not an XL. For the price, it was a great purchase.

I've had a New 3DS for 2-3 years now and I love it. I purchased this for one of my children because they love playing mine. There are a TON of great games available and most can be found for a great price. Highly recommend this system.

I was lucky enough to get one of these during black friday. A very good upgrade on the old 3DS, I was surprised as to how much better it felt. Definitely recommend one of these if you can find it anywhere near the original price point.

My son is 4 and usually only plays board games or a few on his iPad. I wanted to introduce him to this due to the amount of time we are in the car. I thought this would help with cause and effect, patience, and learning to use finger controls ( he's use to tapping or swiping ) . There aren't as many toddler games however he can grow into this and play a lot longer then any other early learning devices

Bought this for my son and daughter during Black Friday. They wanted to play 3DS games they had seen at the store. The setup of the 3DS is very easy, took only a few minutes. Be sure to buy the power adapter charger, it is not included.

Overall there's nothing really that different about this 3DS than any other. Sure is a special edition that has a mario theme to it, cute from my daughters perspective and she likes that aspect of it. The controls seem to be fairly responsive. Unsure about the battery life just yet but I bought the Best Buy Insignia charging kit so that we can keep this charged at home and while on the go.

Good system but annoying that it lacks a charger. You need to buy one separately.
