New 3DS XL Is Great

If you already own the older 3DS systems it's not necessary to upgrade, but I recommend it. Just be careful with the system transfer cause it can get confusing at times and you have to take off the back plate on the system to get out the mirco SD card. Other than that its an awesome system.

Fantastic Christmas Present!

My son loves his 3DS XL

He has never owned any type of video gaming system before so I wasn't sure how he was going to like it and if he would be able to figure out how to use it. I'm happy to report, he loves it and has experienced no issues navigating and figuring out how to play the games.

Excellent For Kids

But he's also starting to like older kids stuff, like Avengers, Batman, TMNT, etc. This system is perfect because it has a good mix of games that satisfy both ends of the spectrum. Good variety and amount of games too.

If you are wondering if this can entertain you, don't worry! Every 3DS and DS game works with this device, and it has a wide variety of games on the eShop digital store! The eShop contains games from the NES, SNES, game Gameboy lines of yesteryear!
