    Most stores in my area was sold out of the 3DSXL when they were on sale . I finally was able to pick one up for my son a week before Xmas. My son opened his gift on Xmas and there was a problem with the device so he wasn't able to play his two new games. I tried to take it back to the store, but they are sold out. So now I am stuck with a broken 3dsxl.I don't know what to do. Also the device doesn't come with a charge anymore.
