Better solutions to issues needed

Less then a month later my sons had an error with the SD card which Best Buy geek squad said could not be fixed and they would replace it. Only problem is they have nothing in stock ANYWHERE to replace this with. Not sure if it is because of the NES Switch coming out or what. Had to return and get money back and now have a heart broken 9 year old. People at service desk were not very concerned, one guy even said "oh that sucks". Really? Beware if you are buying for a child!
