I think they may need to be recalled. A little upset this game cost me $200 and charger wasn't included.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The price of the 3DS was a little less and with my bonus points used for cash as a discount it made the 3DS less than the competitors. However, after 2 weeks, the top screen in the lower corner started lifting up and will come off with continued use. I called Nintendo and was told to send it in for repair and if it was determined to be user fault (which it's not), I would have to pay for the repairs. I called the Best Buy I purchased it from and was told that I couldn't return it and I didn't purchase the service repair contract so I would have to get it repaired. That means that it will be sent in to the repair center and a reconditioned used one will be sent back to me. I paid for a new one which I should get a new one for the return of this product however both the company and Best Buy refused to send out a new. Sad. I will not buy Nintendo again.
