Seems like native bluetooth support is an obvious miss. It amazes me that it's 2017 and BT support isn't something automatic these days. Other than that, it's fine, my son loves it and it was easy to move his saved game data off his old DS.

They've improved a little of everything on this version of the Nintendo 3DS. The 3D effect has improved and it runs smoother and faster than before. I had no trouble setting it up. It walks you through all the steps for anything you want to do (transferring your saved data and such). The c-stick is used for in-game camera control and it works well. The battery life is poor, like most handhelds, but overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. For what they've upgraded, and the fact that the screen is larger, I really expected this to be priced much higher. However they've offered a reasonable price point which makes buying a New 3DS a no brainer.

I bought this for my son on Black Friday. After he played with it for a little, he discovered that the bottom screen was defective. I took it back to the Manhattan Beach Best Buy to exchange it. I was told that I couldn't exchange it, as Best Buy didn't have any back-stock. I was also told by the floor manager Javier that my time to return it was limited and that Best Buy wouldn't accommodate me by allowing my son to keep using the defective Christmas present until they had replacements. I asked for the district number and was told that they wouldn't give me that number. I asked Javier to call their corporate offices while I was in the store, which he flat out refused to do. Luckily, I was able to find a replacement at the much more reliable and customer-service oriented Game Stop nearby. Best Buy lost a customer thanks to Javier and his terrible customer service.

I would give this five stars if they included a power adapter. You have to buy a power adapter (which I recommend the insignia one that comes with both a wall adapter and a car adapter). I'm glad the associate at Best Buy told me this when I bought it as a Christmas present for my daughter. We bought one for my son a few years ago and it came with an adapter. I don't understand why you have a product that needs charged but don't provide any way to charge it with the product.

Maaaaaaaaahn the HUNT was real I had to go out of town hours away from where I live to get this mother it's the same I like the color but I shouldn't have to hunt like a dang crocodile stalker

It was glitchy from the start. Kept randomly flipping between screens on its own. Returned it to Best Buy for a refund and since they had no stock, had to get another from Walmart. New one works great.

When you buy a gaming system, you would expect it to come with a power cord. I still cannot believe that this doesnt come with a power cord.

I started on the original Nintendo comsoles. However, when Playstation released their hamdhelds the graphics and games won me over. I added this to my Christmas list last minute. I must say it definitely beats the PS Vita. The only thing the Vita has is bluetooth, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. However, I love the 3D effect. The screen is the perfect size. I love how the game console closes, which protects the display. I will hold on to this handheld. Not to mention, you don't have to pay for a membership to download demos. The games seem to be cheaper, and you can play a lot of the original nintendo games. Another thing is memory seems to be way better than the PS Vita. I have several games on the system with great graphics, on the installed memory. I'm excited to see where nintendo goes next.

The product itself is great! The reason for the low rating is the fact that the gentleman helping me told me that a charger was included with the purchase when I asked him. The only reason Christmas was not ruined for my son was because a friend had one for me to borrow. *It is noted on the box that a charger is not included, but I trusted everything told to me by the sales rep. (VERY SMALL print FYI.)

Preordered and PAID IN FULL for the item online to pick up at store for convenience. When I went to pick up the item, I noticed that the box was damaged on the outside-completely punctured. AND the manual inside was dented. I dont know what couldve possibly happened to the DS but for the box and even the manual inside to be that damaged who knows what the actual gaming device is like. I would NOT pay any sort of price for an electronic damaged to that extent! What was the point of preordering and paying THE FULL PRICE in advance anyways when all that was waiting for me was a damaged item?? When I asked for a different one the clerk snidely told me that was the only one and a store 50 miles away"might have it, i dont know." There is a clear difference between trying to direct me to the closest store and making a smart remark. And it was supposed to be a birthday present for my little sister. I will NEVER buy anything or even go through the hassle of preordering, prepaying, and picking up an item from Best Buy again. And this isnt the first issue ive had with Best Buy order and pickup. Had issue before where the employee packaged the wrong item-one that was 50 dollars cheaper than what I already paid for, absolutely ridiculous. I am completely done with Best Buy. Every purchase has gone awry and been more of a hassle to rectify. No electronic is worth this kind of trouble! -and nonexistent customer service. Who says "i dont know, like, they might have it. I dont know, like you should call."

For the price was not enthused ...did not come with any charging adapter or aNY accessories. The good thing was you can turn the 3d off to give eyes a break.

This was purchased as a replacement for my original 3DS as it was being to give out on me from so much use. This item is excellent and love the larger screen.

The packaging does not make it obvious that a charging cord is not included. Very disappointing Christmas morning when it could not be charged.

In spite of what Nintendo states you still need to position in the right way or no 3d. Also this unit gives me a headache from trying to get 3d

It is a nice game system. I just didn't like that it doesn't come with a charger or games. Even bigger systems come with games.

The children's games associated with this device are difficult to maneuver through and more often lock up, requiring exiting from the game.

The box came a little damaged from shipping. For me it wasn't a big deal, but after a week of playing I noticed a dead pixel.

It's ok. I wish I would've bought a wii u instead. Games are better on the wiiu.

Nintendo really messed up this launch. They do not include a charger with this system so you have to spend an extra 15$ to buy one.

I love the fact that it's a galaxy theme makes it stand out. I'm not exactly sure I like the full on 3D part about it.
