I got one a month ago and I really enjoy the system and the games.

I had stopped playing video games for a long time and wanted to start again. The Nintendo 3DS is a great system to play during down times wherever I may be.

Bought it for my 6 year old. What kids doesn't love nintendo?!

I love the 3ds now that they have super smash bros on it too

I bought this for my 4 year old son, it's awesome he loves it. there's so many things to do on it besides just playing games

So i look all over even open the back, My Nintendo - New 3ds Xl Solgaleo Lunala - Black Edition did not come with a 4GB micro sim card, So mad, i contacted BestBuy they did help me out amazing customer service, With a $5 discount on next purchase, very annoyed about this, now i have to buy a micro sim card online :/

I pre-ordered this item knowing (or so I assumed) I would get the sun and moon game with my purchase as the item description and included items list stated, but that has since been changed.when I called customer service they informed me i should call Nintendo for this issue, which made no sense considering i was ordering it from bestbuy. So I played along and called Nintendo and pretty much got laughed at because bestbuy is the one responsible for it ,considering they are the retailer that made the posting and is selling the item. I would like to know what best buy is doing for those that pre-ordered under the original posting of this pre-order. False advertising at its finest.

I bought this and literally played it for a day and took it back. The floppy hinge made it strange to use, the worst thing is that apparently thats how all of the units are. Bad design in my opinion.

i purchased this item and wii-u and had problems right away. both were under factory free repair. but the 3ds hinge on right side kept breaking witch is not covered. i sent it back twice for repairs thinking it was my son problem but the third time i opened the game to use it and it broke again. i search the web to find out that this is a common thing and nintendo knows it is but will charge you 80 to 100 depending on your who you get on phone. if you buy you will need a strong case that protects the hinge while being opened. i have the old ds and it works great and never had any problems and i still use it. nintendo should have a recall for the 3ds hinge problem because more than 100000 users have had to send it back for the same problem.

I just got the 3ds XL for my kid and found out that it is not including a wall charger!! I just paid $200 for a game the I can't even charge. Great!

Good solid product that is keeping kids happy. The one annoying thing is that the WiFi has limitations on newer modes and thus giving this 3 stars.

My Nintendo ended up showing an error message as soon as I powered it on within less than a month of owning it. I've been super careful with it, haven't dropped it or done any damage to it. I actually kept it in the box when I wasn't playing it since I hadn't gotten a case yet. I'm super bummed on this purchase and I'm stuck with either fixing it myself for another $85, having Nintendo fix it for $100, or having a broken Nintendo.

The system refuses to update and you can't access the eshop unless you update the system. Also the lack of a charger is a joke.

I've been using this for a few weeks now. It's fun and has many features. I don't have any complaints as of now.

Just found out there is one dead pixel on the top screen.
