Glad I held out for this system. Best version yet. Even if you have the old systems, you are probably going to want to upgrade. Super stable 3d works perfectly.

Love it. The 3d is so much better than the old one. I actually use it, the old one would give me a headache after playing but with this one I never turn it off!

The new Nintendo 3Ds XL-Red is easier to see. It has two bigger screens. It is able to use the amiibo characters.

The new 3ds has really improved from its predecessor. The graphics look great, and the 3d doesn't get weird if you move from one spot like with the last model.

The addition of the second joystick and the revamped processor with different colored buttons is great, plus its required to work with certain new games

This version of the 3DS is exactly what I imagined when I first heard of it. The 3D effect just works, no messing around with settings or weird angles.

It was a long time coming for me to get another 3DS. My original started losing the ability to detect button presses, and some buttons started to stick- making many games quite unplayable. I was just going to get a 2DS, but I decided to save up for this 'new' 3DS, since I haven't been disappointed with any of the big N's handheld consoles yet. I have to say Nintendo downplayed the power of the New 3DS quite a bit. Everything does run smoother, and loads faster. The two new buttons, and the extra c-stick nub adds more control many current games as well. The face tracking 3D is surprisingly accurate, and it finally makes the 3D less of a frustrating gimmick, and more of something that does quite enhance the games you play. You no longer have to keep the screen a set distance at a set angle at all times if you want to use 3D. Something else people may not say, but the New 3DS XL charges much faster than the normal 3DS- at least, in my experience. The audio quality and loudness of the speakers are also impressive with the New 3DS XL. Lastly, you can NOT remove your current SD card and stick it in the New 3DS. The new one takes a MicroSD. But you CAN however, copy all of the contents on the old, and drop it into the MicroSD card via PC. You can even connect to your PC with the New 3DS as well for easier music and data transfer.

Although the name is a bit silly the improvements are no joke. Improved 3d, faster load times along with the addition of the c-stick make this a great system.

The new 3dsxl is great. The screen is so much bigger so everything is easier to see. It's also light weight so not hard to hold. I would definitely reccomend.

The 3D aspect alone makes it well worth the upgrade. The difference is unbelievable. With the regulkar 3D I always had it turned down or off now its on full.

Great way to start a 3D experience with a handheld. Nintendo is more family orientated games, but this is the best 3D Nintendo has to offer. Online included!

I purchased this based on good experiences with past purchases of nintendo hand held game consoles. first product is as expected, light weight, clear screen, easy to figure out how to use. however it is severely overpriced, considering it does not come with the charger. It makes zero sense to not provide a 5 dollar charger for the price paid. Also, these things should really come with at least one installed game. The price was similar at all big name stores, so this is not on Bestbuy.

Wow, totally fell in love with this system, by far one of the best handhelds I have owned in my time. Why I didn't give it 5 stars, was because of the button layouts. Why is this the only system that does not follow the default layouts that are on PS and XBX controllers? Like really? That's just really annoying. But all in all the handheld is amazing. Graphics are pretty good, the 3D, which not my thing, is really well portrayed on this system. Just personally, after minutes of playing in 3D, I get a huge headache, I rarely use that feature, but it's neat to have. Great job Nintendo, amazing machinery!

This 3ds is the best released yet. This model is much faster than the older 3ds. The c stick, otherwise known as the camera stick is also a new improvement.

3d has a wider viewing range and addition of another analog stick! A great update to an awesome gaming device.

I was very impressed with the New DS XL. I played Majora's Mask and loved it. The 3D has gotten much better.

Upgraded from last gen model, MUCH improved. No more issue with off axis 3D viewing! Much faster and more responsive. Best portable game system .. PERIOD!
