If you're a gamer and you enjoyed the old 3ds, this one is a welcome upgrade. Works faster and smoother

A little pricey, but in the end considering what you get, it is definitely worth it in the long run.

Huge screen compared to previous model, extra buttons added for extra commands, awesome job Nintendo.

I previously owned a 2DS and this thing absolutely kills it. Having the larger screens makes game much more enjoyable, plus I liked the 3D effects more than I thought I originally would. The 3DS has a great library on top of it. Recommended totally for those who like portable games.

The New 3DS is unlike anything Nintendo has put out. Ergonomic, awesome 3D, and amiibo support are just some of the amazing features on this device. The C-stick is a little stiff, but it gets the job done.

This is my second Nintendo DS console. It never lets me down! I love it! Easy to use!

I didn’t give it 5 stars because it doesn’t come with a charger I didn’t see that when I bought it, and my daughter could not play with it till after Christmas when stores opened.

It feels really great in your hands and the improved 3D really helps to keep the image really popping.

The New 3DS is amazing! The C-Stick doesn't move, but it works very well. It's just pressure sensitive. The new face tracking 3D works VERY well. If you do move suddenly it does take a moment for the 3D to adjust, but for normal movements, it works great. As of now, it's not a necessary upgrade. But it will be soon with New 3DS only games and when Amiibo support gets added to more games. So if you buy now or later, I'm sure you'll love it!

Much better than the old one. 3d is much better. Can't wait to see what games they will come out with.

Works great, looks great visually, 3D is awesome and game choices are unlimited from old to new.

This is what the 3DS should have been on release. The C-stick ("nub") is an excellent addition, and is near-mandatory for some games, like Monster Hunter 4. The new Z buttons are nice too, even though they're a bit awkward to reach. And, of course, the face-tracking technology for more stable 3D is excellent, and no longer makes you feel like you need to lock your arms to a specific position to get the 3D to work. Aside from the placement of the Z buttons, I have to take a point off for the lack of a charger. Selling a rechargeable device without a means to recharge it out of the box is bad form. I'm lucky to work close to the Nintendo Store in NYC, but otherwise it seems these chargers are somewhat scarce.

Great large screen for my 6yr old . The 3D is no blinding either . Con is that is has no charger

My son loves it. He had a 2ds that broke after 2 years. So I replaced it with this. He loves it!

I truly love my New 3DS - it's super fast and so fun! The graphics are too notch, the buttons are laid out perfectly, and I have had absolutely no trouble shooting problems. Also, I love the games that are available and I'm looking forward to a bunch that are coming out soon!

The 3DS is still the best handheld game system. The new galaxy cover is outstanding!
