It was such a hassle to replace the micro SD card, especially when transferring the system content, i have to start from scratch because for some reason i didn't get the pc option that was shown in many tutorials. another thing is when flipping the DS into an open position, it makes these clicks that hold the screen steady which personally make me feel like they are gonna break. so far the 3DS looks and works great, its just some choices to the design that make me feel like ill be replacing this 3DS with a newer model sooner than later.

The stable 3D works and is awesome, build quality seems better, C stick while not a replacement for a slide pad works well enough. The only bad part is that to swap out the micro SD card is that you have to unscrew the two screws so it's recommended to get a higher capacity SD card such as 32 or 64GB and swap it as soon as you can.

Device is very easy to navigate. 3D features are the best I've ever seen without wearing glasses. You won't be disappointed. NOTE: Don't for get to purchase charger . . . It is not included.

Bought this product for my child for Christmas, but was next to impossible to get one in stock. Fortunately, after several hours of refreshing the page, one was available. I assume this is a Nintendo issue, and not Best Buy. The device itself is great. I found myself playing Super Mario Maker a lot, myself. Build quality is great, and the 3D aspect of the device is definitely a nice touch. The sound that outputs through the speakers is plenty loud. My only complaint is the button layout. It's not very ergonomic for larger hands like mine. I found myself cramping up in my palms within a few minutes of playing Mario Kart. The gamepad attachment might be one of my near future purchases.

The name might be redundant if you just bought a brand new 3DS XL. The NEW 3DS XL is far from the 3DS XL. Pros: 3D Graphic quality is a lot better even at an angle. Faster performance (playing Monster Hunter 4) C stick is very useful Cons: Button placement might need some getting used to. The power button can be pressed even if the unit is closed. you may tent to press R button every time you switch it on. You might not need to change microSD card often (4GB included) but if you need to change, you need to unscrew the back panel.
