Purchased the system with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The second "analog stick" takes a little getting used to; it's just a stiff nub. Also, transferring data from your old 3DS to the New 3DS can be quite a hassle. Other than that, I love the changed button layout and the improved CPU.

My granddaughter had this on her Christmas wish list and I have been very pleased with the quality of the products and convenience of the service I have received from Best Buy. I especially like the ability to order on line with free shipping and avoid the stress of navigating the Christmas crowds.

What a great device. I've been out of the handheld gaming market for quite some time and this device is amazing. Sucks that I wasn't able to get the Limited Edition Majora's Mask edition, however this one is great. Screens look amazing. Battery life is outstanding. C-stick is something worth upgrading to.

This game is a great size I can take it any where. There are many different games I can play on it and they are alot of fun.

This was a gift for my son, who already had the earlier version of the 3DS XL. He was very excited to get this one because of the substantial performance upgrade, as well as the new controls. Now it's just a mater of waiting to get more games expressly designed to take advantage of those capabilities.

The game is easy to use and just so you know does not come with a power cord so be sure to buy it beforehand. Visuals are great and the variety of games are awesome. It's cool that they are still coming out with new games for it too. My husband wanted it so bad so I gave it to him as a gift and he's obsessed.

This was a must buy for me Nintendo always makes the best handheld products and this one is no different. The 3D is great and really makes the games look good.If your on the fence about purchasing this system DO IT you will not be disappointed. The amount of quality games it has is staggering.

Too expensive not to come with a charger. Now as a separate purchase Sucks especially if they don't tell u u need one.

If you're looking for something compact and more on the go, this is the product for you. Only thing is, I wish I would've known that I needed to purchase the charger separately.

my husband loves the portability factor although he would like to have better selection of games most are geared for kids

The 3D feature finally works! You can play your 3DS games in 3D without a headache. The front camera follows your face to provide *almost* glitch-free 3D. The only time it glitches is when you look away from the screen for a few seconds. Totally worth the upgrade if you don't already have an XL system.

3ds is awesome. Has good sound, 3D aspect is really amazing and I love that it's adjustable too. Games are fun and the screen is large enough that the games feel immersive.

Got this for my son and he loves it. It looks really cool and it has cool games to play and items to interact with even if you don't have games. My only issue is that the product does not come with a power adapter, so you have to purchase one separately, which seems to be ridiculous. It's already so pricey!

I've used consoles my entire life and avoided handhelds since Game Boy Color. This was a pleasant surprise in quality. The cameras and social capacity of the handheld are amazing and make playing with friends easy and fun. The battery is pretty good when not being drained by intense 3d gaming.

The bigger screen on this version of the 3DS makes game playing much better. The head tracking feature works very well.

I have owned several handheld game systems (2 from Nintendo, original gameboy & gameboy advance sp) & this is the best one yet. Originally I was frustrated from not being able to score NES mini classic, so I got one of these. Since then I managed to get a classic & I still play the handheld more. They have a great catalog of old games that can be downloaded straight to your handheld without having to keep up with cartridges. You can't go wrong with this if you can find one. I bought mine for $199 & a week later they were put on sale when you couldn't find one anywhere, but one call to Best Buy & they refunded me the difference.

I purchased this system to play Animal Crossing New Leaf and haven't had any regrets. The system is durable and the 3D tracking is much improved from the previous version. The battery life is amazing as it can last more than a few hours of gameplay. I would definitely recommend this system.

This new 3ds xl is much easier to view and play games on. Great for taking with you and easy to store. Games are easily available at all price points making them affordable.
