The processing speed is really quick, and a nice change. The only thing is that you have to know to buy a separate charger.

I love the machine and the galaxy look is beautiful, but the fact that they no longer include chargers with toys is rediculous.

I did not give a 5 star mainly because these Nintendo DS systems don’t have a long life on them. We’ve had for a couple of months it functions fine. Also, I don’t think it’s worth the $50 difference for 3D.

The New Nintendo 3DS is my first Nintendo Hardware purchase since the Gameboy Advance. I am thoroughly impressed with the battery life, software library, and overall experience. The super stable 3D is in fact super stable, providing a fairly forgiving viewing area. The audio is loud and crisp (shockingly so!)

Bought it as a gift. He loves it. Goes just about everywhere with him.

The outside cosmos picture looks really nice and will not get dated. Large screens, easier to see the games compared to the non-XL version.

System has everything. The best games and you can download all the old classics. And you can play with your friends.

I was amazed at all the 3DS could do. I like the quality of the 3D graphics and you don't need glasses.

My daughter is loving this. The 3D is much easier on the eyes than the previous version. I can even use it. :-) The game has been dropped a few times and still works. It also had a glass of water spilled on it. We let it dry out for a couple days before turning it back on it it does still work.

A needed upgraded over the original 3ds that I had. A must buy for those who want the ultimate handheld gaming experience.

After her former unit cracked at the hinges, I wanted to replace it for her birthday. Loves it and it works as it should.

This is the third 3DS I've bought and I love it! I have the old model 3DS XL as well and can definitely say this "new" model is an improvement. There are more buttons, which are useful when playing certain games like Resident Evil: Revelations and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. And there are also a few games that are exclusive to this "new" model, such as Xenoblade Chronicles. This version of the system has better hardware overall, built-in amiibo functionality, and a special eye-tracking camera that keeps the 3D effect working regardless of which angle you look at the screen from. My only minor complaint is that the brightness of the screen auto-adjusts itself and it can be slightly annoying at times. Everything else is pretty much what one might expect from a portable Nintendo console, which is to say that it's a great way to play video games. This particular "Galaxy" edition also has a nice look to it, which makes it more interesting than simply buying a generic 3DS. Overall, I highly recommend this system.

This was a Christmas present for my kiddo. He loves it. Great product. Haven’t had any issues with it.

The Nintendo 3DXL is a great device. It plays well and the apps on it are great, but I gave it four stars because it comes without a charger, which I believe is stupid because you can never have to many chargers...in my opinion.

I needed a new 3DS with a lower stock firmware and this is just what i needed! Perfect to play all of my games on :)

I've had the previous versions but I like this one because of the improvements they've done and the exrtra joystick

Yep, my kids love this so much I had to get a second for kid #2. It's great that they can network with each other.
