I purchased 2 of this product. Originally looking for one Pokémon cased but purchased the black. Both of my sons love it and have many different games for the systems.

It is a DS, what else can one say. Daughter is 16 and this is her favorite system. We also have Xbox, Wii, WiiU, Playstation 3, and by far she uses the 3DS the most.

I love my 3DS. I had to upgrade to the NEW 3DS model after my touch screen stopped responding. But, I have two issues with it. First, the new location of the game slot; the front left (facing you) corner. I've popped the cartridge out of that slot more times in a month than I ever did in my 4+ years of owning my original 3DS; usually when it is in my purse during every day. Very annoying! My second beef is the location of the "wrist band slot" (I use it for charms); it's in the middle of the back of the system. I am constantly knocking my charms against things, or they're getting stuck under the system when I set it down. It also seems like a terrible location for a wrist strap, should choose to use it that way. However, the improved location of the power button (I used to hit the old one all the time on accident!) is nice. I do wish it had come with the powder adapter, although I understand e-waste reasons behind not including it as many people own older systems and don't need the second (or third or fourth) charger lying around.

My kids love it, and it seems to do everything for them. I prefer better graphics, but the gameplay is good.

The new head tracking 3d works wonderfully. So much better than the old 3DSXL. The new Special Editions are also super cool for looking different than everyone else.

Great little console. The color on the cover is awesome and the 3D effect works great. Doesn't come with a charger but they come cheap. Really happy with this buy.

She is able to take it everywhere she goes. It also is great that it is backwards compatible to older games.

This was purchased as a replacement system for my son who dropped his previous one and broke it. From the purchase to set up, this was a no brainer re-purchase for us.

Every unit - something happens in that first year. - Nintendo thing I am sure,. The only and best place to buy IS Best Buy with and only with replacement plan - It always breaks in the first year - not even from dropping - the hinge - the buttons. SO if you at looking at this certainly get it its an ok product but always buy the plan for it. ITs not Best Buy its Nintendo

I extremely enjoy my nintendo ds, it's sleek, fun, and truly amazing. I just got done playing the new Kirby game and am playing it again and again. I love my new device!

Tough to find, but Best Buy made it happen. Reality is there are other 3dsxl on the market for the price that come with a game, but this is what the kids asked for.

Bought it so I can buy the new downloadable games on the store. I've had the 3ds before and glad that this one is the size of the previous model. Highly recommend.

Fantastic graphics. We checked out several options prior to purchase. The customer service rep at the store made the purchase simple and answered all of my questions.

This Ds is amazing! I love that it is backwards compatible so that I can still play all my games from my DsXL.

The venerable 3DS is one of the best handhelds to date. This just happens to be in a very collectible cosmos purple.

My daughter has an IPad and Xbox but wanted this hand held game consult and after getting on honor roll I bought it for her as a reward and she has not put it down. It has games that she enjoys like Pokemon and is compact and travel friendly. She seems to love it so I'm hoping it holds up.

Wish it came with a charger but good battery life, much better than DSi.

this new version of the 3DS is a great tribute to one of the most known and loved pokemon, Pikachu. It features the same controls but with a nice skin in yellow.

I love my black new 3ds xl but when I heard there was a pikachu edition coming out I had to have it. Same great new 3ds xl made greater by being pilaxhu themed.

Purchased for my 12 nephew. My concern was the color. It looks to be purple. It is but with the stars it looks manly enough. game play is fun 3D effect are great!
