Not so much noticeably different, mostly the c-stick as well as the volume button moved. But I enjoy the device as much as the last gen. Really great system.

I love this new ds xl. It fit all my, needs. Too bad it doesn't come with a power cord but i still was able to find one in the store. So thatms also good.

Game system offers simple navigation. Game system withstands drops from low places without damage.

My son LOVES his new 3DS XL. Very entertaining and keeps him busy for hours. Great pictures and additional buttons comparing to the DSI that he had for years.

I love this new ds. It's comfortable to hold (even when you play for a long time) and easy to navigate the buttons. Great screen and view during playing.

My family has had a few DS's throughout the years, and my kids wonder why I call it a gameboy... I could never actually play on it more than a few minutes before my hands cramped up. I purchased this for my 7 year old son. He said it was the best birthday ever. As a 35 year old I "borrow" this from him time to time and can play it until the battery dies. This is a great little game system and I would recommend it. Even if I had to buy the charger separately!

I had the smaller one and even though I enjoy it I am so happy they made it bigger now so I don't strain my eyes

The 3d screen is nicer, but the power button is in a weird spot and I keep turning it off by accident.

Great small system ! I bought the red one because the black were out of stock but there are really nice ! My son uses to play pokemon and he likes it !

... it doesn't come with its own charging cable?? What is up with that? Apart from that, the 3d is pretty cool. My wife enjoys playing Majora's Mask on this which is the main reason that we bought it. Put the charge cable in there, Nintendo, and I'll give you the fifth star.

Bought this for my little brother as a Christmas gift! No more him asking for my phone! Good graphics and game play!

The product itself is great, from the features, to screen resolution. The only flaw is that it does NOT come with a charger. Other than that, it's perfect!

Could not be any happier with my purchase. Despite this modest upgrade from the previous 3DS XL version, C-stick works great. Remember to buy a charger!

I had the old 3DS XL for a while now and I noticed it was beginning to run a little slow with opening applications. I got this system and I am impressed!

I'm an adult and this it the perfect size for my hands with no strain. The games I've gotten so far work great and it's fun to share with my daughter.

I was a little apprehensive to buy this for my 5 year but he loves playing on his 3ds. It has a decent battery life. The only draw back is doesn't come with a charger you have to purchase it separately. I didn't realize that. It costs too much to not come with at least a charger.

This piece makes me feel very nostalgic since I had the original Nintendo Gameboy. I get the same joy and now I'm able to play games that my kids love also

Lots of fun and very compact to allow me to take the system with me wherever I go.

We purchased this because we travel a lot and wanted something our son could easily play in the vehicle. We like the compactness of the item.

Good console for kids....us adults its hard to play this got dizzy when i turned on the 3d ....
