The new Nintendo 3DS XL just got a lot better with the new capabilities built-in the unit and the graphics are crystal clear.

Love my 3DS xl. The larger screen is great and provides a bigger playing area. If you like Nintendo's DS game systems, you'll love this one.

Great on the go gaming system! Screen size is a definite upgrade from the smaller model. Lots of great game choices. My 9 year old loves it.

Battery last much longer. It auto adjust itself, saving energy. Runs games slightly faster, other than that everything else is the same.

This 3ds xl looks great and feels great. The larger screen makes so much of a difference and even the 3D tracking seems to work better.

I think "New Nintendo 3DS XL in New Galaxy Style" must be the longest console name ever, but with two "news" you know it has to be great, right? Well, it is! The dark blue/purple color scheme looks very nice, and the shiny galaxy artwork on the cover is delightfully nerdy. The 3DS XL is a great upgrade to my old DSi XL. The 3D effect works surprisingly well (though does it make my eyes a little tired, so it's great you can turn it off). Plus there's a big library of excellent games. I'm ready for some awesome voyages now.

A little hard to set up and transfer previous games, but tech support was awesome

Graphics are so amazing the sound is as loud as a phone even louder. The battery last forever so you don't have to constantly charge it

The 3DS is a fun portable system. Great for gaming on the road. I also love the newly added games to the virtual consol for the new 3DS.

The New 3DS makes the feature of the 3DS work much better: it can adjust how to present the 3D images depending on where your head is. No more trying to find that sweet spot, the New 3DS will figure that out for you. There are a few minor complaints I have, but nothing that's a deal breaker. - It doesn't come with a charger, but this may be a blessing since you can go on Amazon and find a USB to 3DS charger and not deal with an extra charger laying around. - I don't like the stylus position all that much. In the 3DS XL, it was on the right side. While this makes sense for at least a right handed person, it feels awkward to get it from the bottom now. - You have to take off the bottom plate to access the microSD card slot. But swapping SD cards should be a rare thing. - This model in particular is a fingerprint magnet because it's glossy.

Great if you found the screen on the first 3ds too small. It's not as portable but it's a small sacrifice to make for the sturdiness.

My son has had every version of the nintendo, this is one of his favorite systems. He likes that it is portable.

This was purchased for my son for the purpose of entertaining him while he travels.

Great gift. Perfect for playing games and the graphics are so cool, but not the greatest when navigating the Web. Still a great console.
