I never owned a 3DS before this, and it is a fun handheld to own. The build quality is solid and the buttons and joystick feel solid as well. The 3D is okay, but I only used it for a few minutes when I first got it. This particular 3DS does NOT come with a charger, but you can find good chargers for less than $20.

We bought this for my son as a Christmas present. He loved it. I would have rated this a 5 but thing doesn't come with a charger.

System is a great on the go system for any ages!!!

Best Buy really had the elves working. I received the 3DS in records time via shipping. When GameStop was stuck in the mud and cannot get my product out they did. My daughter loves the New Galaxy it is full of color and detail. The only thing was you need to order a charger separately it does not come with one.

While I rarely see the full galaxy themed design due to the case I use, this version of the 3DS is beautifully designed. More power "under the hood" is nice, along with refinements for the start, select, and home buttons, and the C-stick nub make it a fantastic handheld.

Tons and tons of games to play, works perfect. Still, I think it should be a little bit cheaper.

The new 3DS is a great system. The updated 3D effect is much easier on the eyes, but you can't move the system around a lot. If you do, the system will constantly try to correct itself and you'll be "seeing double." Admittedly, the 3D effect feels more like a gimmick for some games, but it's still a cool gimmick.

I bought this ds for my granddaughter she loves the bigger screen and her favorite color is purple :) so it was great I found it

My 10 year old son loves his new 3dsxl !! This is his 4th ds. He is very careful with it, unfortunately seems that they only last around 2 years, the last one made it to a year and 7 months. This time I bought the extended 3 year warranty!! We will see! I love Best Buy warranty, no hassle and is well worth it!

The console is a great upgrade. The c-stick ages quickly though and it is kinda bad to begin with. Also, I don't like how Nintendo manufactures only certain amounts of systems with the superior IPS screens. All the other features are cool though.

I like the layout and design of the new 3DS. Quality is top notch and 3D graphics are impressive. My only complaint is that Nintendo does not include an AC adapter (power cable). Seems ridiculous to me, but a Nintendo rep that I spoke to at a game store said they did this to keep the price of the unit under $200.

I am very disappointed in best buy! In the description of the item it states there is a charger included in two different places! I have added a screenshot of the description from their website. I was sure to check this before making my purchase and when I got it home and opened the box, low and behold, no charger! What is the point of having this $200 system with no charger!?

Kids love playing with it. Other kids with the older models want an upgrade now. Wish it came with a charger though.

Listen the product is good but I already owned a 3DS XL but certain games will only play on this model so I needed to buy another..not cool Nintendo how about just making a 3dS 2?

Wanting to stay with my old games and upgrade, I found the new 3DS XL all it was supposed to be. The system transfer did not go so smoothly, as it lost my progress in some games and some demos not yet tested were gone. Otherwise, it was flawless. The increased processing capability is noticeable.

My son wanted a portable gaming system to use when we travel. He loves the 3DS and really enjoys playing the Pokemon games.

My daughter loves this -- it was a replacement for an older model and she's on it all the time. It's rugged and has a long battery life. For parents of kids who are reluctant to read, these are a godsend. Both of my kids got excited about reading after starting to play games on this that required reading.

My child love that it is easy to use and has great games. Only thing I did not like was it does not come with a charger
